**These 45 minute long sessions are IN PERSON, in Tucson, Mountain Standard Time.**

Receive a craniosacral or Reiki healing session with Elisabeth. This hands-on session is gentle and non-invasive. If you are experiencing stress, irritability, depression, or fear it is very calming. It is also helpful for when you want your body to relax and receive compassionate care and release. This session will also include intuitive insights that are shown to Elisabeth and shared for your highest good. You are encouraged to use your own wisdom and free will when receiving intuitive insight. Take what you need and leave the rest.
These sessions are fully clothed. Please wear stretchy and comfy clothing as you will be on the massage table (**no jeans please**).

Sliding Scale for these sessions is $30-80. This is to pay for the space rental. Donations can be made in cash (no change), or in paypal to sweetnessofsoul@yahoo.com. There is a small shop in the treatment room, so you are welcome to look around after your session.
