Please join us as together we will send love and light to surround children in need and for our “child” selves.

There will be one journey to the beat the drum, giving us the opportunity to ask our allies to carry our prayers to children in need. We will receive love and then send it out in a continuous circle.
It is a prayer filled with peace, gentle compassion, strength, hope, and unity. Then we will use bells, toning, or rattles to complete the prayer.

If you are wondering what this has to do with you, look within yourself. You were a child once. Think of the times when you could have used extra love being sent to you. Perhaps there is even that child self in you now that could benefit from being part of a circle of love.

You are welcome to bring any sacred item that helps you connect to children (doll, toy, stuffed animal, flowers, etc.).

Honor your needs regarding Covid. Bring your water to stay hydrated. Bring a rattle or drum if you have one, a chair or cushion, and temperature appropriate clothing. It will be dark when we close and walk back to cars, so please take care of yourself with flashlight/phone light.

If it rains, we will move under a Ramada.

MEET IN FRONT OF THE ROSE GARDEN AT REID PARK and from there we will find our spot.
