The flow of this circle consists of a guided meditation ( with crystal singing bowl) to connect with your Guardian Spirit to counter Anxiety\, and a gentle drum journey to listen to your Inner World Allies and Ancestors who want to help you calm\, center\, and tune in to your inner wisdom. Sharing is optional at the end. All are welcome\, even those with no journeying or meditation experience. \nAfter the private opening of the circle\, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded). SUMMARY:Rehoming your Inner Youth Online Circle
DESCRIPTION:This circle is an opportunity to explore your needs to remember\, reclaim and/or rehome younger selves (especially youth and teen) who have been lost\, hurt and/or neglected due to past lived experiences. You could ask for help from helpful ancestors (human and others) and/or allies of the physical and spirit worlds for the support you need. \nWe do this with our intention and by listening to a 15 minutes soundscape of rhythmic and nature sounds. After the contemplative sound journey\, there is an opportunity for optional sharing within the group. Quynn might have helpful insights for those who want them. \nAfter the private opening of the circle\, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded). This circle is included in the [Wisdom Within monthly pass](https://weboflifeanimists.com/product/wisdom-within-monthly-pass/) (live and recording). \nThis circle is offered by requested donation of $5-$20 (no one turned away) which can be sent by Venmo @earthwebmedia paypal earthtribetv@yahoo.com or you can donate with a debit card at the bottom button at this page\nhttps://weboflifeanimists.com/ \nHosted by Quynn Red Mountain\, Spirit Bridge Healing Practitioner and OOlah (One Who Balances). SUMMARY:Explore your Gender Expansive Self-Online Circle
DESCRIPTION:his online circle is for those who feel\, and want to access\, the parts of themselves who are beyond\, or blending the binary of masculine and feminine gender expression and roles. This is also a space to explore the ways in which your natural gender expression is expansive in ways of receptive and projective in energy and action. \nWhether you feel the two energies clearly within you\, or you want to activate/explore your fluidity between…in this circle we will ask these parts to speak up for themselves so we can access all of our strengths and intuitive abilities. \nThe powers of “In Between” can manifest in many ways. Your balanced/beyond the binary energies are needed and sacred in this world. \nWe approach this subject from an Animist perspective. All is connected and we are a sacred thread in the Web of Life. This is a big topic\, well grounded in ancient culture and anthropological study. If you are interested in deepening your relationship with ALL of you\, come join in and we’ll explore! \nQuynn will share some simple divination to help you listen within\, and then share 10-14 minutes of an evocative soundscape (drumming\, singing bowl and nature sounds). The journeying/meditative process helps you be open to guidance and helpful messages regarding the challenges in your body\, mind and spirit. After the sound introspection time\, there is an opportunity to share. Sharing of experience can be helpful\, but is not necessary. Beginning meditators and journeyers welcome. \nRequested donation is sliding scale $5-$20. Offer what you can.\nDonate at venmo (@earthwebmedia)\, paypal (earthtribetv@yahoo.com) or at the donation button at the bottom of this page http://www.weboflifeanimists.com (with debit cc) \nYour host and guide is Quynn Red Mountain (they/she)\, founder of Web of Life. SUMMARY:You and your IDEAS! -Online Circle
DESCRIPTION:During this full moon time\, let’s illuminate our IDEAS by listening to them! \nMany intuitive people are great at coming up with ideas\, the ”HOW to Manifiest” can be the tricky part. Sometimes there are ideas\, but the artist hasn’t felt empowered\, or gathered the time and effort to manifest them to the degree they see them in their head. If this is you\, consider this a little push that can give you the reason and confidence to manifest. \nThis circle is an opportunity to listen to and connect with your IDEAS\, what they want\, how to bring any of them into the physical world and honor their wisdom in your life. \nNo journeying experience needed. All genders are welcomed.\nAfter the private opening of the circle\, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded). This circle is included in the [Wisdom Within monthly pass](https://weboflifeanimists.com/product/wisdom-within-monthly-pass/) (live and recording). \nThis circle is offered by donation of $5-$20. No one turned away. All donations support Web of Life. Paypal= earthtribetv@yahoo.com and Venmo= @earthwebmedia or at the donation button at the bottom of this page [https://weboflifeanimists.com/](https://weboflifeanimists.com/) \nQuynn Red Mountain is your host and human guide.

There are also scores of women who are mourning the loss of relationships\, jobs\, health\, sense of self\, or animal companions. \nWhatever your reasons\, we acknowledge the presence and appropriateness of your grief.
