SUMMARY:Dark Nights-Online Inner World Journey Circle
DESCRIPTION:During the time of Winter Solstice\, the nights are long and dark. Sometimes we experience a “dark night” in our life. We may feel an “inner darkness” when we are sad or discouraged. We sleep in the dark\, and we can learn many things from the dark. In this circle\, the dark can teach us something that can help us. Join Quynn for this solstice time circle. \nAfter opening the circle with gratitude and simple divination\, Quynn shares 10-15 minutes of their drumming and nature sounds so you can turn within to enhance your connection\, communication and kinship with the animals who are looking out for you. Quynn offers guidance and ideas for your meditative experience. \nDuring this 1 hour circle\, expand your abilities to explore your Inner Realms. Practice listening for new insights. Receive Spirit guided assistance about important life subjects- love\, work\, health\, and soul purpose. \nAfter the sound\, sharing is optional\, if desired\, Quynn is available for ideas and suggestions regarding interpretation and navigation in journeys. There is always wisdom in the group and all are welcome.\nAfter the private opening of the circle\, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded). This circle is included in the [Wisdom Within monthly pass](https://weboflifeanimists.com/product/wisdom-within-monthly-pass/) (live and recording). \nThis circle is offered by requested donation of $5-$20 (no one turned away) which can be sent by Venmo @earthwebmedia paypal earthtribetv@yahoo.com or you can donate with a debit card at the bottom button at this page\nhttps://weboflifeanimists.com/ \nHosted by Quynn Red Mountain\, Spirit Bridge Healing Practitioner and OOlah (One Who Balances). They/She. Quynn offers support for new and experienced journeyers.

Often this is reflected in our own inner worlds. Especially during this pandemic\, we can experience a sense of isolation that obscures for us the reality that we are all connected. Feelings of fear\, sadness\, grief\, confusion\, shame\, anxiety\, depression\, anger\, even rage can sometimes overwhelm us. \nIt’s important to express and release these emotions in healthy ways that promote growth and allow for expansion. Together we can explore these feelings and find constructive pathways to forgiving yourself and opening your heart and mind to new possibilities and opportunities.

SUMMARY:Full Moon Dream Journeys Online Circle
DESCRIPTION:It is full moon\, a powerful time of dreaming. This one hour circle is for those who dream\, who travel in time and space in dreams/meditations/journeys\, and those who receive teachings in these states. \nOur Dreaming mind\, during sleep and altered waking states\, is one of our most powerful tools* to know Self & the worlds within and around. This ability is a gift to us before birth into this world. To be open to the messages shared in our waking and sleeping states helps us feel connected to\, and confident in\, the synchronistic flow of Life. \n*If you have nightmares\, you are able to approach the dream in our journey time to learn more about the experience\, and to transform the feelings around it. \nDuring our time of exploration together in this circle\, Quynn will share a short guided imagery experience and a live drum journey\, that you can use for what you need. The drumbeats replicate REM sleep state and can help you call upon and recognize allies\, helpers\, teachers and guides who are ready to help you enhance your natural intuitive ability to be guided by benevolent forces of Power. After the drumming there will be time for optional sharing and/or writing. We close with a blessing of protection in all realms. \nAfter the private opening of the circle\, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded). This circle is included in the [Wisdom Within monthly pass](https://weboflifeanimists.com/product/wisdom-within-monthly-pass/) (live and recording). \nThis circle is offered by requested donation of $5-$20 (no one turned away) which can be sent by\nVenmo @earthwebmedia\npaypal earthtribetv@yahoo.com\nor you can donate with a debit card at the bottom button at this page [weboflifeanimists.com](https://weboflifeanimists.com/) \nYour guide is Quynn Red Mountain\, founder of Web of Life Animists. Quynn’s night and vision dreams have guided their path since childhood.
