SUMMARY:Befriending the Bear- Spirits of Addiction Healing Online Circle
DESCRIPTION:This online circle is for those who are in a relationship with one or more spirits of addiction. The focus of this circle is to learn more about the Spirit(s) that feed one’s addiction through the imaginative practice Web of Life calls Journeying. By asking for help from an inner ally\, you can experience insights regarding creative and helpful ways to interact with any unhelpful energy that feels connected to your relationship with Addiction. Maybe Bear is your Ally. Maybe Bear is a Spirit of your Addiction. Maybe Bear plays another role. Journey to find out. \nA clearing and blessing will begin our circle. Quynn will then share a guided meditation for you to relax and listen within\, and offer a drum journey for you\, to safely access your inner wisdom. The journeying process helps you be open to guidance and helpful messages regarding the challenges in your body\, mind and spirit. Sharing of journey experience can be helpful\, but is not necessary. Beginning meditators and journeyers welcome. \nWe approach this subject from an Animist perspective. All is connected and we are a sacred thread in the Web of Life. In this viewpoint\, “addiction” can only grow in “separation”\, and might be an energy inhabited or animated by of pain\, sadness\, separation\, shame\, regret etc\, that we might call a “spirit”. No one tells you your Truth in this circle. This circle is offered as a way for you to seek your own Truth in this moment. For everyone’s safety\, no one allowed in circle who is actively using. Thank you. \n***Quynn is not a “Healer” or Therapist. This circle is not offered as Therapy and is not intended to replace medical or psychological services. This circle is offered as a way to aid in your Self-Care practices with the potentially helpful practice of Rhythm Journeying and Guided Meditation.*** \nThe room closes 5 minutes after start time. \nAfter the private opening of the circle\, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded). This circle is included in the [Wisdom Within monthly pass](https://weboflifeanimists.com/product/wisdom-within-monthly-pass/) (live and recording). \nThis circle is offered by requested donation of $5-$20 (no one turned away) which can be sent by Venmo @earthwebmedia paypal earthtribetv@yahoo.com or you can donate with a debit card at the bottom button at this page \nhttps://weboflifeanimists.com/ If you don’t have the funds to donate\, join anyway. \nYour host and guide is Quynn Red Mountain\, founder of Web of Life\, and one who has had multiple conversations\, negotiations\, and boundary making with their Spirits of Addiction . SUMMARY:Exploring the Elements of Divination- 5 part online series with Quynn

Recordings and shared pdf presentations are available with donation for circle or series. To register\, send a message to Quynn to receive the entry link. Donation info is below. \nDivination comes in many forms\, and is present all over the world. Reading the synchronistic messages around us has always been a part of Animist/Earth honoring cultures\, which means this practice is in your ancestral past. We have always lived with the elements\, and in an Animistic world this means that the wind\, water\, fire and various forms of earth can bring us messages when we need them most. Today\, we can remember these ancestral and personal ways to read the signs\, patterns\, and synchronicities in our lives\, however the messages come. \nWhile many think of divination when one has spiritual questions\, casting a stone or a card can also help us decide “Yes” or “No”\, “Now” or “Wait” about extremely practical and essential movements in Life. Trusting your intuition is essential\, and divination can lead to illuminating revelations that you need right now. This series will help you expand your abilities and help you listen to your intuition more effectively. You will meet divination helpers during included drum and rhythmic nature soundscape journeys. \nPeople with all levels of experience are welcome. Play with systems\, tools and experiences that can help you ponder the situations in your life that are important. Each session will offer practice with your own chosen tools\, with prompts related to the element of the month. \nPracticing the art of divination will help you become more fluent and confident in your direct connection to your guides and inner guidance. \n**Tuition: $6-$36 per session. Participants in other trainings can reach out to Quynn for discount options.** \n[Donation for the series can be made here](https://weboflifeanimists.com/product/exploring-the-elements-of-divination-5-part-series/) \n**Weekly Donations can be made by:** \nVenmo @earthwebmedia \npaypal earthtribetv@yahoo.com \ndonation button at the bottom of this page http://www.weboflifeanimists.com \nEach session is recorded for anyone who cannot attend each meeting. \nYour host and guide is Quynn Red Mountain (they/hir). Before any of their Spirit Bridge practitioner training began\, she was turned on to divination in her early 20’s. Quynn is happy to share the love of the Divine Nature of asking for\, and receiving\, guidance and reflection when needed most. \nQuynn created this series from her 30 year evolving relationship with various forms of divination\, which she has consistently used in her personal and professional life. Quynn has worked with thousands of people over her 20 year role as a Spirit Bridge and Soul Tender. The art of divination is always involved. While Q wants to hold space for people to find their own relationship with the living world\, they are not interested in others learning how to divine like hir.

SUMMARY:The Spirit of Eco-Grief - Honoring Tokitae
DESCRIPTION:In these troubled times\, it is necessary to acknowledge the spirit of eco- grief in our personal and collective lives. \nSunday at 12;00-1pm PT Web of Life hosts a zoom circle to honor the spirit of Tokitae\, (also known as Sk’aliCh’elh-tenaut or Lolita)\, the last surviving southern resident Orca\, who died in captivity before she could be brought home to freedom. This ancestor will be honored by the Lummi people* of the Salish sea in their homeland (colonized name “Washington state”).* \nWe will open our circle with contemplation regarding the layers of eco-grief experienced now. To hold our meditation\, we will listen to Pacific ocean waves to reflect on the concepts of liberation and captivity. We will define our time together in the recognition of the suffering that exists in order to not be consumed by it. We will share by expressing gratitude for small things that become the vocabulary to embody sorrow in a nourishing way. We will become aware of opportunities to serve the diverse living splendor that is the basis for the interconnections of the web of life\, our collective home. \n*There will be a celebration of Tokitae’s life that will be open to the public at Jackson Beach Park in Friday Harbor (San Juan Islands) Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. A totem pole will be erected as a permanent memorial. [Learn more here](https://mynorthwest.com/3924364/celebration-life-tokitae-set-friday-harbor/) \nAll kind people are welcome. \nHumbly hosted by Quynn Red Mountain and Hawko (Jacob)

SUMMARY:Ancestral Healing and Exploring Past Lives Online Circle
DESCRIPTION:Start time is 9am PT/AZ 12pm ET \nYour inner worlds are infinite and your genetic memory is long. Within your DNA\, bones and blood\, your parent’s\, grandparent’s and ancestral experiences are present in one way or another. Some of what is inherited is beautiful\, and some is very challenging. The good news is that these experiences\, beliefs and troubles “stuck” in your body/mind/spirit can be accessed and transformed in meaningful and healing ways. \nMany people feel that past life experiences influence this current life\, in known and unknown ways. Getting to the root of a current issue/block/behavior (as well as your sacred ability/calling) might involve connecting with an experience\, or series of experiences\, from the time before you were born here. It doesn’t necessarily matter how strongly you believe in “past lives”\, because seeking the root story about an issue is always helpful\, even if you cannot prove that it is “true”. Join Quynn Red Mountain for this inner traveling adventure of healing and activation! \nWe begin with divination for those who want it\, to help focus intention for the circle. Next we will listen to an introspective and meditative rhythmic soundscape to find out more about past lives of your Soul and DNA that are affecting you right now so you can ask for assistance from those allies and ancestors who want to help you. During the sound you can meditate/journey upon your question/intention\, write\, sleep or move in ways that fell helpful. After the sound there is time for optional sharing and/or writing. We close the circle with a blessing of protection. \nThis circle is open to journeying/meditation beginners to advanced. Bring your open mind and heart to learn more about what is ready to be seen\, understood\, healed and activated for your highest good. \n***CAN’T MAKE IT? The rhythm journey and a recap of sharing will be recorded and available for $5 the day after the circle.*** *Send a donation in one of the ways below\, with your email\, and Quynn will send the link to the recording.* (No participant’s shares are recoreded) \nAfter the private opening of the circle\, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded). This circle is included in the [Wisdom Within monthly pass](https://weboflifeanimists.com/product/wisdom-within-monthly-pass/) (live and recording). \nThis circle is offered by requested sliding scale $5-$20 depending on income. Together we can explore these feelings and find constructive pathways to forgiving yourself and opening your heart and mind to new possibilities and opportunities.

SUMMARY:Listening to your Androgynous Powers- Online Circle
DESCRIPTION:Start time is 9am PT/AZ. Room closes 5 minutes after start time. \nGender norms are cultural. This online circle is for those who feel\, and want to access\, the parts of themselves who are beyond\, or blending the binary of masculine and feminine gender expression and roles. \nWhether you feel the two energies clearly within you\, or you want to activate/explore your fluidity between…in this circle we will ask these parts to speak up for themselves so we can access all of our strengths and intuitive abilities. \nAndrogyny can manifest in many ways. Your balanced/beyond the binary energies are needed and sacred. \nWe approach this subject from an Animist perspective. All is connected and we are a sacred thread in the Web of Life. This is a big topic\, well grounded in ancient culture and anthropological study. If you are interested in deepening your relationship with ALL of you\, come join in and we’ll explore! \nQuynn will share some simple divination to help you listen within\, and then share 10-14 minutes of an evocative soundscape (drumming\, singing bowl and nature sounds). The journeying/meditative process helps you be open to guidance and helpful messages regarding the challenges in your body\, mind and spirit. After the sound introspection time\, there is an opportunity to share. Sharing of experience can be helpful\, but is not necessary. Beginning meditators and journeyers welcome. \nRequested donation is sliding scale $5-$20. Offer what you can. \nDonate at venmo (@earthwebmedia)\, paypal (earthtribetv@yahoo.com) or at the donation button at the bottom of this page http://www.weboflifeanimists.com (with debit cc) \nYour host and guide is Quynn Red Mountain (they/she)\, founder of Web of Life\, and one who has had multiple conversations\, negotiations\, and boundary sharing within self . SUMMARY:Dark Moon Inner Child Support Online Circle
DESCRIPTION:Start time 9am PT/AZ 12pm ET \nDuring this New Moon time of darkness\, we can bend “time” and find a way to support our inner young ones as they went through a “dark” time in the “past”. \nWe have all experienced troubling\, challenging and traumatic times during childhood and all phases of adulthood\,. The common belief is that those parts of us are dead and gone into the “past”. This is not the case. Our past selves are alive and speaking to us through our bodies\, minds\, emotions\, and our reactions to current life experience. With rhythm and intention we can go within to find the young ones we need to return to us. \nAfter opening the circle with a blessing of protection\, Quynn shares about ways inner child work and the inner journey might be helpful to you today. A soundscape and drum journey follow that can assist you in ways that can be helpful. Optional sharing and closing the circle follows. \nThis circle is offered by requested donation of $5-$20 which can be sent by Venmo @earthwebmedia paypal earthtribetv@yahoo.com or you can donate with a debit card at the bottom button at this page\n[https://weboflifeanimists.com/](https://weboflifeanimists.com/) \nHosted by Quynn Red Mountain\, Animist Minister and Spirit Bridge Practitioner for Web of Life Animists. This circle is not to be considered therapy\, rather it is offered as an opportunity to focus on your personal self care and healing.

SUMMARY:Inner Wisdom-Drum Journey Circle-In Tucson w/ Quynn
DESCRIPTION:PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED *** **If you rsvp but do not confirm with Quynn\, you are not registered.** If you are registered and cannot attend\, please let Quynn know asap so someone else can have the spot. \n**Let the Drum guide you. Every human has such abilities\, and with encouragement\, and a bit of instruction\, it is amazing what can come forth for the journeyer! Your guides can appear in many forms\, and speak to you in many ways. \nThe flow of this circle consists of opening the circle with protection and blessing\, a centering divination\, a wind chime clearing\, gently guided meditation ( with crystal singing bowl)\, and a live drum journey to listen to your Inner World Allies and Ancestors who want to help you calm\, center\, and tune in to your inner wisdom. Sharing is optional at the end. All are welcome\, even those with no journeying or meditation experience. \nAll of us have experience with dreams\, altered states and meditation. The drum journey has its unique way of accessing helpful information\, so come play in a safe circle\, with no dogma\, yet many fascinating tales! \n**This circle is offered for sliding scale $8-$25 (low end of scale is for those with lowest income). SUMMARY:Sacred Body- Healing and Honoring Online Circle
DESCRIPTION:Thank you Body for all the ways you support me!\nWe are a spiritual being in a physical body. Our bodies hold the experiences of our past\, past lives and ancestral experiences in our cells and our chemistry. Our “sensuality” can be described as feeling at home in our embodiment. \nWhat is blocking this feeling of being at home in your body? What energies want to be fed with beauty and light? This circle is an opportunity to seek guidance\, safety and healing from energies that are for your highest good. \nYou will have an opportunity to sense your body as you feel it\, to give you insight about what “parts” need attention. Quynn will offer a tuning in guided experience\, and then a rhythm soundscape so you can move and listen to your guidance of your sacred body for messages most needed for your wellbeing now. \nNo journeying experience needed. All genders are welcomed. \nThis circle is offered by donation of $5-$20. All donations support Web of Life. Paypal= earthtribetv@yahoo.com and Venmo= @earthwebmedia or at the donation button at the bottom of this page [https://weboflifeanimists.com/](https://weboflifeanimists.com/) \nQuynn Red Mountain is your host and human guide\, who’s body has taught them many lessons of healing over the years.

Following confirmation of your appointment\, I will email you the Zoom link or phone number.*** \nLately our external world seems to be increasingly chaotic and unsettling. Often this is reflected in our own inner worlds. Especially during this pandemic\, we can experience a sense of isolation that obscures for us the reality that we are all connected. Feelings of fear\, sadness\, grief\, confusion\, shame\, anxiety\, depression\, anger\, even rage can sometimes overwhelm us. \nIt’s important to express and release these emotions in healthy ways that promote growth and allow for expansion. Together we can explore these feelings and find constructive pathways to forgiving yourself and opening your heart and mind to new possibilities and opportunities.
