We acknowledge the light within and broadcast it to all who live in fear. We face our own fears and use our light in Divine Alchemy to clear\, heal\, restore\, transmute and transform. \nLightbearers are spiritual warriors who have the courage to envision the New World in the midst of the present chaos that surrounds us. We are a clan of Metaphysical Super Heroes who have banded together to heal our broken hearts. We are all connected on our beloved Mother Gaia\, Mother Earth. \nAs a group\, we concentrate our power of intention to create and focus a precise emotional/spiritual state within ourselves. Doing so literally nurtures and influences the electromagnetic matrix that we call the Web of Life. We were made for this challenge. All open-hearted people are welcome. \n“If we can light the darkness with words of compassion & wisdom to dissolve ignorance\, our journey becomes a healing adventure for everyone. “ – Alex Grey

SUMMARY:Befriending the Bear- Spirits of Addiction Healing Circle-Online
DESCRIPTION:Start time is 5:30pm PST/AZ 8:30 EST. Room closes 5 minutes after start time. \nThis online circle is for those who are in a relationship with one or more spirits of addiction. The focus of this circle is to learn more about the Spirit(s) that feed one’s addiction through the imaginative practice Web of Life calls Journeying. By asking for help from an inner ally\, you can experience insights regarding creative and helpful ways to interact with any unhelpful energy that feels connected to your relationship with Addiction. Maybe Bear is your Protector or Ally. Maybe Bear is a Spirit of your Addiction. Maybe Bear plays another role. Journey to find out. \nWe approach this subject from an Animist perspective. All is connected and we are a sacred thread in the Web of Life. In this viewpoint\, “addiction” can only grow in “separation”\, and might be an energy inhabited or animated by of pain\, sadness\, separation\, shame\, regret etc\, that we might call a “spirit”. No one tells you your Truth in this circle. This circle is offered as a way for you to seek your own Truth in this moment. For everyone’s safety\, no one allowed in circle who is actively using. Thank you. \nA clearing and blessing will begin our circle. Quynn will then share a guided meditation for you to relax and listen within\, and offer a drum journey for you\, to safely access your inner wisdom. The journeying process helps you be open to guidance and helpful messages regarding the challenges in your body\, mind and spirit. Sharing of journey experience can be helpful\, but is not necessary. Beginning meditators and journeyers welcome. \n***Quynn is not a “Healer” or Therapist. This circle is not offered as Therapy and is not intended to replace medical or psychological services. This circle is offered as a way to aid in your Self-Care practices with the potentially helpful practice of Rhythm Journeying and Guided Meditation.*** \nLearn more about “journeying” here: https://youtu.be/ZqEsaxyFx54 \nRequested donation is sliding scale $0-$20. Offer what you can at paypal (earthtribetv@yahoo.com) or venmo (@earthwebmedia) \nYour host and guide is Quynn Red Mountain\, founder of Web of Life\, and one who has had multiple conversations\, negotiations\, and boundary making with their Spirits of Addiction . Find out more about Quynn’s healing at http://www.quynn.com

SUMMARY:Empowering your Inner Child-Wisdom Within online Circle
DESCRIPTION:Start time: 5:30pm PT & AZ/8:30pm ET \nWe can provide our younger selves the empowerment they need to heal and be strong by rescuing them from places they don’t want to be. \nWe have all experienced troubling\, challenging and traumatic times during childhood and all phases of adulthood\,. The common belief is that those parts of us are dead and gone into the “past”. This is not the case. Our past selves are alive and speaking to us through our bodies\, minds\, emotions\, and our reactions to current life experiences. With rhythm and intention we can go within to find the young ones we need to return to us. \nAfter opening the circle with a blessing of protection\, Quynn shares about ways inner child work and sound journeying/meditation might be helpful to you today. 10-15 minutes of rhythmic drumming follows which can assist you in multiple ways. Quynn is your guide. Optional sharing and closing the circle follows. This circle is part of the Wisdom Within series. \nThis circle is offered by requested donation of $0-$20 (based on financial situation)\, which can be sent by Venmo @earthwebmedia paypal earthtribetv@yahoo.com or at the bottom of this linked page\, you can donate with a debit card\nhttps://weboflifeanimists.com/ \nEnter the room at start time https://zoom.us/j/597467834 \nHosted by Quynn Red Mountain\, Animist Minister and Spirit Bridge Practitioner for Web of Life Animists. This circle is not to be considered therapy\, rather it is offered as an opportunity to focus on your personal self care and healing.

SUMMARY:Sacred Storyhealing Circle for BIPOC Women and Gender Expansive People
DESCRIPTION:This is an online circle . Start time is 6pm Arizona time. Hosted by Gisela and Desiree. \nAs people of color\, we navigate a complex landscape of privilege\, power\, and oppression — sometimes even within ourselves. In this circle\, we seek to co-create a safe space for everyone’s story as a non-white woman or gender expansive person — to explore the complexities of that experience together and to hold each other in compassion as we do so. \nWe will lovingly delve into the legacy of colonialism in our lives\, the path back to our intuition and our ancestors\, and the ways in which we can embody and embrace our own indigenous resilience. If you’re seeking a non-white space in which to craft new\, more empowering narratives\, please join your hosts Gisela and Desiree for this sacred storyhealing circle. \nGisela is a queer Latina-Armenian word-witch\, minister and spaceholder. Desiree is an Afro-Latina yoga instructor\, intuitive healer and changemaker. Together they seek to hold space for BIPOC to access their own innate power and resilience. This online circle is explicitly open and welcoming to all self-identifying BIPOC (Black\, Indigenous\, and Person of Color) women\, femme/feminine-identifying genderqueer and non-binary people\, including mixed and biracial people. \nRequested sliding scale donation of $0 to $20. If you are working or have income\, thank you for your donation. \nEmail gatelis@gmail.com to RSVP and ask for a zoom link to enter.

SUMMARY:Recovery Empowerment and Integration Group
DESCRIPTION:Are you in recovery looking for tools to aid you in life for healthy relationships\, positive self-image\, and start moving your life towards those goals and aspirations you are desperately desiring?? \nAs we all walk this beautiful thing called life\, we may lose ourselves to various ailments\, people\, addictions\, vices\, so on and so forth. In that\, we may have felt like we were inadequate\, unworthy\, and not able to connect to ourselves or others in the way we would like. How can we rediscover our true authentic self\, while reclaiming the parts of self that we have lost along the way? Where we start affirming who we WANT to be and stop letting the past define us\, limit us\, and keep us small. \nI invite you to join us in this intimate group\, where we allow ourselves to dig deep in our inner and outer worlds\, and find the places calling us to be whole once again. No matter how long you have been on this journey\, or how new it may seem\, you can make the conscious decision to move into fulfillment. Recovering from unworthiness\, addictions\, negative self-talk\, people-pleasing\, codependency\, body image\, eating disorder\, and the list goes on and on. Where we can take the first step forward into unconditionally loving ourselves\, so we can heal ourselves to heal the world. \nThis group has a main focus on recovery\, with an emphasis on personal empowerment\, mindset shifts\, community support\, and direct access to me\, a holistic recovery specialist! This group is a solution-based group that focuses on where we are going\, not where we have been. It is about rewriting our narrative so we can be that loving\, compassionate\, thriving person again. \nThe group is held at 6 pm Az time every monday\, via zoom. This is a free group\, and welcome to anyone who is looking for empowerment. Each week you can bring something to be coached on\, or we can work on a topic that I have planned. This group’s intention is to bring empowerment back into recovery!

SUMMARY:Restoring your WellSprings of Power-8 week Wellness series
DESCRIPTION:**Dates: 8 Fridays\, weekly March 18-May 6**\n**Start time is 10:30am Arizona time (same as PDT) 75-90 minutes** \n*WellSpring~ A place where pure water springs from the ground. An original and bountiful source of something. A source of continual or abundant supply.* \nImagine that you have eight WellSprings of Power in your energy field that have been with you for a thousand generations. The seven energy centers often called Chakras\, plus the bottom of your feet could be felt as a WellSpring. Each is a direct connection to your sacred wellness and personal power. In past Animist/Earth honoring generations it was understood how important these wellsprings are. As you know\, these places of power have been disrespected through personal and ancestral trauma. Now is a perfect time for them to be tended and restored. \nThis series focuses on each of your eight energy centers/organs/glands from toes to head. Each session offers a gentle soundscape of singing bowl\, windchime\, and a variety of soothing nature sounds\, where you have the opportunity to tend your sacred waters\, your source of nourishment and replenishment\, in your power centers. Clear and process what is ready to be tended. Through imagination and intention\, you will learn what is most important for you to do to restore your sacred springs of balanced Power for this life\, and beyond. \n**Energy Centers Explored:**\n**March 18- Our Feet and Spine**\n**March 25- Our Root and Base**\n**April 1- Our Sacrum and Pelvis**\n**April 8- Our Belly and Gut/Adrenal**\n**April 15–Our Heart and Lungs/Thymus**\n**April 22- Our Throat and Hands/Thyroid**\n**April 29- Our Eyes and Ears/Hypothalamus & Pituitary**\n**May 6-Our Blood and Brain/Pineal** \nDuring this series there is also a focus on WATER. The waters around us and within us. Water has a consciousness that has been in relationship with each of us since the beginning. The sacred waters need protecting now. Our prayers of protection and healing are helpful. \nAll are welcome\, even those with no journeying or meditation experience. Come and dive in\, your guides will teach you. \nRequested Donation =$10-$30 per session or $15-$50 a month with commitment to the series. Includes Recordings. Thank you. \nWe are transmitters\, and receivers\, of energy\, which often manifests itself as feelings and thoughts that can manifest as ‘voices’. In addition to our personality voices\, we hear the wind\, water\, animals\, as well as our ancestors (helpful and non-helpful)\, and the dominant culture. It is not crazy\, it is natural. It is important to create unity inside one’s own mind and heart space\, so meaningful actions can manifest in one’s life. \nThis circle presents an opportunity to create a kinder\, and stronger\, landscape in your inner world through the drum journey and sacred attention. Practice asking for help with challenging critical voices in one’s head\, as well as finding new and fun ways to strengthen supportive influences within. \nQuynn will guide you with her voice and drumbeats\, to create the inner space where you can listen within for who is speaking to you\, sharing feelings with you\, and sending you thoughts\, images and impressions. With the beats of a drum\, and with intention and trusted focus\, you can make space for your current needs\, and consensus with those in your head\, so you all can work together for your highest good. \nThis circle is offered by requested donation of $0-$20 (based on financial situation)\, which can be sent by Venmo @earthwebmedia paypal earthtribetv@[yahoo.com](http://yahoo.com/) or at the bottom of this linked page\, you can donate with a debit card\n[https://weboflifeanimists.com/](https://weboflifeanimists.com/) \nHosted by Quynn Red Mountain\, Animist Minister and Spirit Bridge Practitioner for Web of Life Animists. This circle is not to be considered therapy\, rather it is offered as an opportunity to focus on your personal self care and healing.

If you feel called to join\, yet cannot afford $10\, come to the circle and offer what you can. \nCan’t attend live? Recordings are available for donation of $5-$15 each. If you cannot attend live and want the recording\, let Quynn know ahead of the session. \nDonations can be made at:\nvenmo @earthwebmedia\npaypal earthtribetv@[yahoo.com](http://yahoo.com/)\nzelle 520-954-2004\nor at the donation link at the bottom of this page [www.weboflifeanimists.com](http://www.weboflifeanimists.com/) \nZoom link for all sessions: [https://us02web.zoom.us/j/470021232](https://us02web.zoom.us/j/470021232) \nTogether\, we contemplate and explore the subjects explored. In each live session\, as well as in each recording\, After the sound\, verbal shares in the live room are not recorded\, but generally shared by Quynn after sharing. The sounds will part the veil\, where you can see a different perspective\, and ask guidance about your Self\, your Life\, your Calling\, your Healing\, and your Soul. \n~Quynn as your Guide~ Quynn was taught by their/her Inner World how to journey and connect within\, and now helps others connect with their Spirit World in their unique way.
