SUMMARY:Restoring your WellSprings of Power-8 week Wellness series
DESCRIPTION:**Dates: 8 Fridays\, weekly March 18-May 6**\n**Start time is 10:30am Arizona time (same as PDT) 75-90 minutes** \n*WellSpring~ A place where pure water springs from the ground. An original and bountiful source of something. A source of continual or abundant supply.* \nImagine that you have eight WellSprings of Power in your energy field that have been with you for a thousand generations. The seven energy centers often called Chakras\, plus the bottom of your feet could be felt as a WellSpring. Each is a direct connection to your sacred wellness and personal power. In past Animist/Earth honoring generations it was understood how important these wellsprings are. As you know\, these places of power have been disrespected through personal and ancestral trauma. Now is a perfect time for them to be tended and restored. \nThis series focuses on each of your eight energy centers/organs/glands from toes to head. Each session offers a gentle soundscape of singing bowl\, windchime\, and a variety of soothing nature sounds\, where you have the opportunity to tend your sacred waters\, your source of nourishment and replenishment\, in your power centers. Clear and process what is ready to be tended. Through imagination and intention\, you will learn what is most important for you to do to restore your sacred springs of balanced Power for this life\, and beyond. \n**Energy Centers Explored:**\n**March 18- Our Feet and Spine**\n**March 25- Our Root and Base**\n**April 1- Our Sacrum and Pelvis**\n**April 8- Our Belly and Gut/Adrenal**\n**April 15–Our Heart and Lungs/Thymus**\n**April 22- Our Throat and Hands/Thyroid**\n**April 29- Our Eyes and Ears/Hypothalamus & Pituitary**\n**May 6-Our Blood and Brain/Pineal** \nDuring this series there is also a focus on WATER. The waters around us and within us. Water has a consciousness that has been in relationship with each of us since the beginning. The sacred waters need protecting now. Our prayers of protection and healing are helpful. \nAll are welcome\, even those with no journeying or meditation experience. Come and dive in\, your guides will teach you. \nRequested Donation =$10-$30 per session or $15-$50 a month with commitment to the series. Includes Recordings. If you feel called to join\, yet cannot afford $10\, come to the circle and offer what you can. \nCan’t attend live? Recordings are available for donation of $5-$15 each. If you cannot attend live and want the recording\, let Quynn know ahead of the session. \nDonations can be made at:\nvenmo @earthwebmedia\npaypal earthtribetv@[yahoo.com](http://yahoo.com/)\nzelle 520-954-2004\nor at the donation link at the bottom of this page [www.weboflifeanimists.com](http://www.weboflifeanimists.com/) \nZoom link for all sessions: [https://us02web.zoom.us/j/470021232](https://us02web.zoom.us/j/470021232) \nTogether\, we contemplate and explore the subjects explored. In each live session\, as well as in each recording\, After the sound\, verbal shares in the live room are not recorded\, but generally shared by Quynn after sharing. The sounds will part the veil\, where you can see a different perspective\, and ask guidance about your Self\, your Life\, your Calling\, your Healing\, and your Soul. \n~Quynn as your Guide~ Quynn was taught by their/her Inner World how to journey and connect within\, and now helps others connect with their Spirit World in their unique way.

SUMMARY:One on One Pastoral Counseling Sessions
DESCRIPTION:These are 50 minute One-on-One Sessions with Dorothea and are offered through Zoom (with or without video) or Phone. They are available by appointment for other times and dates on a one-time or repeating basis. Please contact me through Meetup or email: dfn1@icloud.com to schedule an appointment. \nNOTE: If you RSVP without a confirmation from me regarding the date/time of the appointment\, you are *NOT SCHEDULED*. Following confirmation of your appointment\, I will email you the Zoom link or phone number. Thank you! I look forward to working with you. \nCounseling is offered on a sliding scale: $40-90. If $40 is beyond your means at this time\, reach out to Dorothea with what you can offer. \nPayments are accepted through Venmo: @Dorothea-Nobile or\nZelle: dfn1@icloud.com. \nDorothea (she/her) has a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW) and is a Metaphysical Pastor\, Animist Minister and Pastoral Counselor. She has extensive experience in dealing with Trauma\, Grief and Loss\, Hospice/End of Life\, Cognitive Decline/Dementia and Issues related to Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity. She has been a member of the LGBTQ+ community for 50 years. \nLately our external world seems to be increasingly chaotic and unsettling. Often this is reflected in our own inner worlds. Especially during this pandemic\, we can experience a sense of isolation that obscures for us the reality that we are all connected. Feelings of fear\, sadness\, grief\, confusion\, shame\, anxiety\, depression\, anger\, even rage can sometimes overwhelm us. \nIt’s important to express and release these emotions in healthy ways that promote growth and allow for expansion. Together we can explore these feelings and find constructive pathways to forgiving yourself and opening your heart and mind to new possibilities and opportunities. \nTo schedule an appointment contact Dorothea at dfn1@icloud.com or through Meetup. Following confirmation of your appointment\, I will email you the Zoom link or phone number.

SUMMARY:"Rainbow Gateway" Personal Journey Sessions-Online with Quynn
DESCRIPTION:**Welcome to Quynn’s Spirit Guided Online Personal Sessions called “Rainbow Gateway” Journeys for Soul Restoration\, Inner Child and Ancestral Healing.** \n**Zoom or phone (audio only) 50 minute session times today:**\n**11am MST-**\n**4:30pm-**\n**5:30pm-**\nTo schedule\, send a message to me through meetup\, or please post your desired time in the comments below. If you only RSVP and do not confirm time\, you are NOT scheduled. \n***There is a place in your Spirit World\, I will see you there…*** \nMy Spirit World has shown me a gateway. In order to “journey” on your behalf to seek guidance about your issue\, I enter this portal. As we begin the session\, I offer gratitude and tie a colored ribbon on the painted rendition of my gateway (as seen above) as an offering. When the drum begins\, you offer your intention. In my mind\, a scene begins to show itself. I speak what I see as I see it. At some point the gateway shows up. I walk through and am taken where I am guided to go to learn more about your issue. \nI enter the realm of Spirit and become a Hollow Bone for you. While the rhythm continues\, what comes to me is what the Spirit World shows me and asks me to do. I share what I see and perceive as it happens\, creating a dynamic cooperative spirit world journey experience. While there is no guarantee that you will understand the “meaning” of the story/scene that comes through\, I trust that it can have a helpful message for the moment. \nAfter the journey\, there will be some time to ask questions or share something about what you experienced while I journeyed. We close with a blessing and gratitude. \nNo journeying experience is required. All are welcome. \nIf these times do not work for you\, please email me through the meetup and we can set up another time. \n**During these challenging times\, my requested donation $30-$100 sliding scale depending on your financial situation. If $30 is out of your reach at this time\, send me a message with your intention\, and what you can offer.** \n**Donations can be made by:**\n**venmo @earthwebmedia**\n**earthtribetv@[yahoo.com](http://yahoo.com/) in paypal.**

SUMMARY:Sacred Storyhealing Circle for BIPOC Women and Gender Expansive People
DESCRIPTION:This is an online circle . Start time is 6pm Arizona time. Hosted by Gisela and Desiree. \nAs people of color\, we navigate a complex landscape of privilege\, power\, and oppression — sometimes even within ourselves. In this circle\, we seek to co-create a safe space for everyone’s story as a non-white woman or gender expansive person — to explore the complexities of that experience together and to hold each other in compassion as we do so. \nWe will lovingly delve into the legacy of colonialism in our lives\, the path back to our intuition and our ancestors\, and the ways in which we can embody and embrace our own indigenous resilience. If you’re seeking a non-white space in which to craft new\, more empowering narratives\, please join your hosts Gisela and Desiree for this sacred storyhealing circle. \nGisela is a queer Latina-Armenian word-witch\, minister and spaceholder. Desiree is an Afro-Latina yoga instructor\, intuitive healer and changemaker. Together they seek to hold space for BIPOC to access their own innate power and resilience. This online circle is explicitly open and welcoming to all self-identifying BIPOC (Black\, Indigenous\, and Person of Color) women\, femme/feminine-identifying genderqueer and non-binary people\, including mixed and biracial people. \nRequested sliding scale donation of $0 to $20. If you are working or have income\, thank you for your donation. \nEmail gatelis@gmail.com to RSVP and ask for a zoom link to enter.

SUMMARY:Recovery Empowerment and Integration Group
DESCRIPTION:Are you in recovery looking for tools to aid you in life for healthy relationships\, positive self-image\, and start moving your life towards those goals and aspirations you are desperately desiring?? \nAs we all walk this beautiful thing called life\, we may lose ourselves to various ailments\, people\, addictions\, vices\, so on and so forth. In that\, we may have felt like we were inadequate\, unworthy\, and not able to connect to ourselves or others in the way we would like. How can we rediscover our true authentic self\, while reclaiming the parts of self that we have lost along the way? Where we start affirming who we WANT to be and stop letting the past define us\, limit us\, and keep us small. \nI invite you to join us in this intimate group\, where we allow ourselves to dig deep in our inner and outer worlds\, and find the places calling us to be whole once again. No matter how long you have been on this journey\, or how new it may seem\, you can make the conscious decision to move into fulfillment. Recovering from unworthiness\, addictions\, negative self-talk\, people-pleasing\, codependency\, body image\, eating disorder\, and the list goes on and on. Where we can take the first step forward into unconditionally loving ourselves\, so we can heal ourselves to heal the world. \nThis group has a main focus on recovery\, with an emphasis on personal empowerment\, mindset shifts\, community support\, and direct access to me\, a holistic recovery specialist! This group is a solution-based group that focuses on where we are going\, not where we have been. It is about rewriting our narrative so we can be that loving\, compassionate\, thriving person again. \nThe group is held at 6 pm Az time every monday\, via zoom. This is a free group\, and welcome to anyone who is looking for empowerment. Each week you can bring something to be coached on\, or we can work on a topic that I have planned. This group’s intention is to bring empowerment back into recovery!

Together we can explore these feelings and find constructive pathways to forgiving yourself and opening your heart and mind to new possibilities and opportunities. \nTo schedule an appointment contact Dorothea at dfn1@icloud.com or through Meetup.

SUMMARY:DNA Transformers-Personal and Ancestral Healing Series
DESCRIPTION:Join Quynn Red Mountain for this ONLINE Series that is in process. Jump in when it works for you.\nWe meet live online twice a month on the first and third Monday eve 5:30pm PST/6:30pm MST/8:30 EST \nDates: = November 1\, November 15\, December 6 and 20\, January 3 and 17\, February 7 and 21\, March 7. \nThis series takes you through personal initiatory excursions into your perception of your DNA. Drum journeying (sound comes through great online)\, shaking/rocking/trancing to rhythmic soundscapes (created by Quynn for this purpose)\, journaling and personal ceremony\, guide you within where transformation is ready to occur. The verbal guidance and gentle rhythms help your dreaming mind access important and helpful allies. Your request to receive help from helpful ancestors and wise allies brings you the tools needed to hover in between the realms\, where honest change can occur. Go at your own pace. You are guided and supported. All are welcome. \nFor this series\, the phrase Ancestral “Trance” can mean:\n-To live in a way\, yet to have forgotten why. “I don’t know\, I have always done it this way!” “It was good enough for my mom\, it’s good enough for me.”\n-To subconsciously repeat or act out behaviors in\, and reactions to\, current life\, that feel unhelpful\, yet also seemingly difficult to change . “I don’t know why I yell/drink/get angry etc.\, I just do!” “I want to die!”\n-To feel trapped\, stuck\, held back\, confined\, quieted or repressed in a pervasive way\, beyond any particular experience in your own life. “I am trapped in my life.” “Why do I feel this way?” \nWe live the Trances of our Ancestors\, until we change them. Our inherited traumas have lived within us and been acted out by us for too many generations. It is time to alter the state of these unhelpful trances so we can fully embody our beautiful humanness once again. The health of the Web of Life needs us to do this work as individuals and cultures. \nIn each session we will explore one of the following multidimensional subjects that has come to reside in our genetic DNA due to experiences in our ancestral lines. Insights\, Images\, Visions\, Memories and Emotion come through the trance journeys in helpful and meaningful ways when we know how to ask. \nSubjects Explored:\n-Rebuilding your Animist Ancestor Alliances\n-Offering Nourishment and Wellness to Hunger and Sickness imprints\n-Expressing Emotions of Separated and Lost Loved Ones\n-Sacred Adulting for painful Inner Child Ancestral Patterns\n-Finding peace for the Wars of Fight/Flight/Freeze/Fawn\n-Healing Heart Break and Rebuilding Trust\n-Honoring Crazy Wisdom and Memory Pain\n-Tending the Trauma of Causing Harm-Tunnel of “Terrible Things”\n-Re-inhabiting Body and Soul Temples \nStrong Allies Await! We also have the beauty\, power and wisdom of our ancestral lineage\, and all Animals\, Plants\, Star People\, Mountains\, Lakes and so many more who loved them. This inherited Web of Wisdom helped us survive and they are ready to be remembered\, honored and reclaimed by us\, for this healing work\, and for Life. As we heal\, we have more capacity to be\, see and feel LOVE within and around us. The Web of Life needs us to collectively remember. \nRequested Donation =$10-$30 per session ($20-$60 per month for 4 months) with commitment to the series. Recordings available for donation of $5-$15 each. If you cannot attend live and want the recording\, let Quynn know ahead of the session.\nTo participate live\, reach out to Quynn for entry link. \nDonations can be made at:\nvenmo @earthwebmedia\npaypal earthtribetv@yahoo.com \nNo journeying experience is required. beginners are welcome. \nDNA Transformers is not therapy. It is offered as a guided and held space to explore some of the stories and lived experiences of our ancestors that live in our bodies with transformative\, imaginative tools of the dreaming mind. \nYour host and guide is Quynn Red Mountain. Quynn has spent 30 years tending their personal and ancestral traumas and has helped others heal theirs for the last 20+ years.

SUMMARY:Befriending the Bear- Spirits of Addiction Healing Circle-Online
DESCRIPTION:Start time is 5:30pm PST/6:30 MST/8:30 EST. Room closes 5 minutes after start time. \nThis online circle is for those who are in a relationship with one or more spirits of addiction. The focus of this circle is to learn more about the Spirit(s) that feed one’s addiction through the imaginative practice Web of Life calls Journeying. By asking for help from an inner ally\, you can experience insights regarding creative and helpful ways to interact with any unhelpful energy that feels connected to your relationship with Addiction. Maybe Bear is your Protector or Ally. Maybe Bear is a Spirit of your Addiction. Maybe Bear plays another role. Journey to find out. \nWe approach this subject from an Animist perspective. All is connected and we are a sacred thread in the Web of Life. In this viewpoint\, “addiction” can only grow in “separation”\, and might be an energy inhabited or animated by of pain\, sadness\, separation\, shame\, regret etc\, that we might call a “spirit”. No one tells you your Truth in this circle. This circle is offered as a way for you to seek your own Truth in this moment. For everyone’s safety\, no one allowed in circle who is actively using. Thank you. \nA clearing and blessing will begin our circle. Quynn will then share a guided meditation for you to relax and listen within\, and offer a drum journey for you\, to safely access your inner wisdom. The journeying process helps you be open to guidance and helpful messages regarding the challenges in your body\, mind and spirit. Sharing of journey experience can be helpful\, but is not necessary. Beginning meditators and journeyers welcome. \n***Quynn is not a “Healer” or Therapist. This circle is not offered as Therapy and is not intended to replace medical or psychological services. This circle is offered as a way to aid in your Self-Care practices with the potentially helpful practice of Rhythm Journeying and Guided Meditation.*** \nLearn more about “journeying” here: https://youtu.be/ZqEsaxyFx54 \nEnter the room at start time https://zoom.us/j/597467834 \nRequested donation is sliding scale $0-$20. Offer what you can at paypal (earthtribetv@yahoo.com) or venmo (@earthwebmedia) \nYour host and guide is Quynn Red Mountain\, founder of Web of Life\, and one who has had multiple conversations\, negotiations\, and boundary making with their Spirits of Addiction .
