SUMMARY:Introduction to Lenormand
DESCRIPTION:Make your own divination deck! \nI’m a thirty-year Tarot reader. Join me for an introduction to Lenormand. Lenormand is based on the 36-card German playing card deck. It was the first card deck used for divination in the 19th century\, named for Madame Lenormand\, seer to Josephine Bonaparte. \nIn this two-hour workshop we will review the basics of the Lenormand system\, and spend a little time making our own deck. I have a selection of copyright-free decks for you to print–or you can draw your own on index cards with a pen. Making your own deck infuses it with your energy. We will then practice simple readings and touch on the Grande Tableau. \nUnlike some other decks\, Lenormand is direct\, practical\, and is meant to be read in combinations. \nIf you are thinking of designing your own oracle deck\, it’s a handy deck to know. \nNeed: \nindex cards or even an old deck of cards to alter\npens or art materials\nnotebook to take notes\nprinter and cutter\, if you decide to print out an existing deck and trim it. \nDM me for donation information and link. ***(You are not registered until you contact me directly. Thanks for taking this extra step.)*** \nThis workshop is offered on a sliding scale of $30-60 for two plus hours. \nI am Valerie K\, a Web of Life minister and pastoral counselor. I’m a visual coach in training and creativity coach. Find me at the-artist-at-large.com

We are a clan of Metaphysical Super Heroes who have banded together to heal our broken hearts. We are all connected on our beloved Mother Gaia\, Mother Earth. \nAs a group\, we concentrate our power of intention to create and focus a precise emotional/spiritual state within ourselves. Doing so literally nurtures and influences the electromagnetic matrix that we call the Web of Life. We were made for this challenge. All open-hearted people are welcome. \n“If we can light the darkness with words of compassion & wisdom to dissolve ignorance\, our journey becomes a healing adventure for everyone. “ – Alex Grey \nJoin us at this link: https://zoom.us/j/981737799

She has extensive experience in dealing with Trauma\, Grief and Loss\, Hospice/End of Life\, Cognitive Decline/Dementia and Issues related to Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity. She has been a member of the LGBTQ+ community for 50 years. \nLately our external world seems to be increasingly chaotic and unsettling. Often this is reflected in our own inner worlds. Especially during this pandemic\, we can experience a sense of isolation that obscures for us the reality that we are all connected. Feelings of fear\, sadness\, grief\, confusion\, shame\, anxiety\, depression\, anger\, even rage can sometimes overwhelm us. \nIt’s important to express and release these emotions in healthy ways that promote growth and allow for expansion. Together we can explore these feelings and find constructive pathways to forgiving yourself and opening your heart and mind to new possibilities and opportunities. \nTo schedule an appointment contact Dorothea at dfn1@icloud.com or through Meetup. Following confirmation of your appointment\, I will email you the Zoom link or phone number.

You are guided and supported. All are welcome. \nFor this series\, the phrase Ancestral “Trance” can mean:\n-To live in a way\, yet to have forgotten why. “I don’t know\, I have always done it this way!” “It was good enough for my mom\, it’s good enough for me.”\n-To subconsciously repeat or act out behaviors in\, and reactions to\, current life\, that feel unhelpful\, yet also seemingly difficult to change . “I don’t know why I yell/drink/get angry etc.\, I just do!” “I want to die!”\n-To feel trapped\, stuck\, held back\, confined\, quieted or repressed in a pervasive way\, beyond any particular experience in your own life. “I am trapped in my life.” “Why do I feel this way?” \nWe live the Trances of our Ancestors\, until we change them. Our inherited traumas have lived within us and been acted out by us for too many generations. It is time to alter the state of these unhelpful trances so we can fully embody our beautiful humanness once again. The health of the Web of Life needs us to do this work as individuals and cultures. \nIn each session we will explore one of the following multidimensional subjects that has come to reside in our genetic DNA due to experiences in our ancestral lines. Insights\, Images\, Visions\, Memories and Emotion come through the trance journeys in helpful and meaningful ways when we know how to ask. \nSubjects Explored:\n-11/1-Rebuilding your Animist Ancestor Alliances\n-11/15- Offering Nourishment and Wellness to Hunger and Sickness imprints\n-12/6- Expressing Emotions of Separated and Lost Loved Ones\n-12/20- Sacred Adulting for painful Inner Child Ancestral Patterns\n-1/3- Finding peace for the Wars of Fight/Flight/Freeze/Fawn\n-1/17- Healing Heart Break and Rebuilding Trust\n-2/7- Honoring Crazy Wisdom and Memory Pain\n-2/21- Tending the Trauma of Causing Harm-Tunnel of “Terrible Things”\n-3/7- Re-inhabiting Body and Soul Temples \nStrong Allies Await! We also have the beauty\, power and wisdom of our ancestral lineage\, and all Animals\, Plants\, Star People\, Mountains\, Lakes and so many more who loved them. This inherited Web of Wisdom helped us survive and they are ready to be remembered\, honored and reclaimed by us\, for this healing work\, and for Life. As we heal\, we have more capacity to be\, see and feel LOVE within and around us. The Web of Life needs us to collectively remember. \nWhile “journeying” experience is not required\, some personal healing and meditation experience is helpful. \nRequested Donation =$10-$30 per session ($20-$60 per month for 4 months) with commitment to the series.\nRecordings available for donation of $5-$15 each. Let Quynn know if you would like previous session recordings.\nIf you cannot attend live and want the recording\, let Quynn know ahead of the session. \nDonations can be made at:\nvenmo @earthwebmedia\npaypal earthtribetv@yahoo.com \nDNA Transformers is not therapy. It is offered as a guided and held space to explore some of the stories and lived experiences of our ancestors that live in our bodies with transformative\, imaginative tools of the dreaming mind. \nYour host and guide is Quynn Red Mountain. Quynn has spent 30 years tending their personal and ancestral traumas and has helped others heal theirs for the last 20+ years.

SUMMARY:Recovery Empowerment and Integration Group
DESCRIPTION:Are you in recovery looking for tools to aid you in life for healthy relationships\, positive self-image\, and start moving your life towards those goals and aspirations you are desperately desiring?? \nAs we all walk this beautiful thing called life\, we may lose ourselves to various ailments\, people\, addictions\, vices\, so on and so forth. In that\, we may have felt like we were inadequate\, unworthy\, and not able to connect to ourselves or others in the way we would like. How can we rediscover our true authentic self\, while reclaiming the parts of self that we have lost along the way? Where we start affirming who we WANT to be and stop letting the past define us\, limit us\, and keep us small. \nI invite you to join us in this intimate group\, where we allow ourselves to dig deep in our inner and outer worlds\, and find the places calling us to be whole once again. No matter how long you have been on this journey\, or how new it may seem\, you can make the conscious decision to move into fulfillment. Recovering from unworthiness\, addictions\, negative self-talk\, people-pleasing\, codependency\, body image\, eating disorder\, and the list goes on and on. Where we can take the first step forward into unconditionally loving ourselves\, so we can heal ourselves to heal the world. \nThis group has a main focus on recovery\, with an emphasis on personal empowerment\, mindset shifts\, community support\, and direct access to me\, a holistic recovery specialist! This group is a solution-based group that focuses on where we are going\, not where we have been. It is about rewriting our narrative so we can be that loving\, compassionate\, thriving person again. \nThe group is held at 6 pm Az time every monday\, via zoom. This is a free group\, and welcome to anyone who is looking for empowerment. Each week you can bring something to be coached on\, or we can work on a topic that I have planned. This group’s intention is to bring empowerment back into recovery!

Feelings of fear\, sadness\, grief\, confusion\, shame\, anxiety\, depression\, anger\, even rage can sometimes overwhelm us. \nIt’s important to express and release these emotions in healthy ways that promote growth and allow for expansion. SUMMARY:Is there Love after Death? a Pop-up Death Salon
DESCRIPTION:Mid-February we are focused (by candy makers\, florists and card manufacturers) on expressions of love–which can seem heavy and cruel if we have lost our beloved to death. In other times\, our ancestors appreciated and honored the departed beloved through monuments\, apparel\, jewelry\, photography\, and other keepsakes. What happens to our most intimate relationships when Death intervenes? \nThe centerpiece of our circle is a drum journey to commune with the spirits of our ancestors and our personal mortality\, and see what messages we can bring back to ease the process of living. As we befriend Death\, we can see it is our faithful companion\, and not to be feared. Use this time to contemplate your mortality\, or your grief\, and speak with like-minded individuals. \nAs usual\, although there’s a theme\, it’s a freewheeling conversation\, and all thoughts about death and dying are welcome. \nYou may join with video\, or audio only. \nI’m Valerie K\, an animist minister with the Web of Life Church in Tucson\, artist and coach. \nThis circle is offered by donation. Requested donation of $3-$20 but no one is turned away. Donations can be sent to Venmo: valerie.kravetteDM me for the link. Your donation helps support the Web of Life Animist Church in Tucson\, AZ and online. We very much appreciate it.

SUMMARY:Weaving Well through Illness- Body & Soul Tending ONLINE Series
DESCRIPTION:START TIME IS 10am PST/11am MST/1pm EST. Each session is 75 minutes. If you cannot attend live and you would like to receive the recording for a donation\, send a message to Quynn. \n“Thank you! This series has been so powerful and helpful!” \nIn our modern culture people of all ages get sick for many reasons. It is not a failing to fall Ill. Harmful Chemicals. Toxic Environments. Painful Childhoods. Addiction. Abuse. Sadness. take the time now to walk your soul mending path with meditation\, guided imagery and inner world journeying to listen within for the messages that are waiting for you. The time now is for Change. \n“Our bodies will find a way to express our challenges…in sickness and pain. When they do\, it is time to listen. ” \nDates are: Fridays\, January 21-March 11. Participation in whole series is not necessary. Recordings are available with donation. Contact Quynn to receive recordings. If you need a scholarship for recordings/participation\, ask Quynn. \nAuto-immune\, cancers\, pain\, eating disorders\, depression\, addiction\, chronic fatigue\, ptsd and so many more illnesses have something to teach us\, even though we may not want to hear it. \nIllness/Sickness is a Spiritual Awakening – a wake up call. One’s body says “it is time to listen” because Change is needed. Take the time now to walk your soul tending path with meditation\, guided imagery and inner rhythm journeying. What is your “illness” trying to convey to you? \nThis 8 part class focuses on 8 important areas of soul healing inquiry regarding the “illness” (a condition that impedes “Wellness”) that One is experiencing. \nEach week we address one of the following subject areas:\n-1/21 Creativity/Imagination for Healing\n-1/28 Listening for Suppressed/Hidden/Subdued Spirit Allies\n-2/4 Clearing/Enhancing/Supporting Your Energy System\n-2/11 Balancing with Spirits of Regret/Fear/Anger/Grief\n-2/18 Your Healing Powers and your Greatest Gifts\n-2/25 Tending Young Wounds and Fears of Self/Ancestors\n-3/4 The Powers of Forgetting and Remembering\n-3/11 Using Voice and Reclaiming Stories of Gratitude and Power \nIn each Circle\, there is an opportunity to listen to approx 15 minutes of 2 different rhythmic beats of a drum\, rattle or crystal singing bowl while pondering one of the above subjects. The sound and intention will hold space for you to access your imagination/dreaming mind\, where you can become aware of other layers of consciousness. \nWhile in this gentle state of awareness you could intend many things\, such as:\nImagine the “Illness” Spirit(s) within and ask it what it wants.\nCall upon allies for help with your healing.\nConnect with a past self that needs attention now.\nInfuse an ancestral wound with healing light/energy.\nAmazing revelations and messages can come forth. \nSoul restoration practices such as these can be helpful for anyone attempting to weave through an illness towards wellness in life and death. No “truth” or “cure” is expected or offered\, but the insights and messages that can come through are surprising and deeply meaningful\, especially in a group. Sharing is optional. \nThis circle is open to those who are experiencing\, or who have experienced\, a Calling of the Spirit of Sickness in their life and want to know more about “it”. You do not have to state what your “sickness” is\, each person is connecting within their own inner world. \nPlease note that this series is not “therapy” or a replacement for any medical practices. Use these exercises as a complement to the treatment you are receiving. \nRequested donation sliding scale: $5-30 per session (depending on income). Recordings available by request/donation. If you need a scholarship for recordings/participation\, ask Quynn. \nDonations can be made at:\nVenmo @earthwebmedia\nPaypal earthtribetv@yahoo.com\nthe donation button at the bottom of http://www.weboflifeanimists.com \nJoin Zoom Meeting\nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/5035582999 \nFrom past participant: \n-This has been a profoundly powerful journey for me. My first time journeying with rattle and drum\, calling on Spirit Guides and meeting with emotions as actual characters\, talking with them and dealing with them. Thank you!
