SUMMARY:Neon Gnosis: Exploring Inner Worlds Journey Circle
DESCRIPTION:This circle is hosted at 6pm EST / 3pm P/MST \nNeon gnosis is a weekly online gathering where we will explore our inner worlds through Animistic practices. \nWe live in an age where information and content are everywhere. Most places we go\, there is an overwhelming amount of information forced upon us. It can be hard to know when our intuition is speaking to us or if we are being influenced by an external force. There are practices and methods we can use to go inward; to help us see more clearly where we are at\, what we need and helpful ways to act for ourselves and the world.Together we will learn to listen more deeply to the wisdom within us and to learn which external voices are worth paying attention to. \nWith the aide of the powerful helper that is Rhythm\, we will Journey inward to a realm known by many names – Spirit World\, Imaginative Mind\, Dream Space\, Psychedelic Realm etc. In this state\, we can connect with Intuition\, Archetypal Forces\, Ancestors\, Symbolic Deities\, Nature Spirits or our Higher Selves. By connecting to these forces\, we can honor them\, and they can reveal to us valuable lessons from places deep within ourselves and beyond. \nIn addition to Rhythm Journeying\, we will engage with Meditation\, Prayer\, and the sharing of our experiences with one another in group. These things help us integrate and solidify the revelations we may have while Journeying. \nMy name is Cody. I will be your host and ally for Neon Gnosis. I have been training as an Animist Practitioner for about 2.5 years. I have received training from Quynn Red Mountain through Web of Life Animist Church as a Soul Medic and as a DNA Warrior. I am currently training as a Spirit Bridge. \nI have been guided to this path by many life circumstances as well as both human and non-human entities who have given me training and initiations for offering these practices. More recently\, I have been receiving guidance to offer my experience as an Animist Practitioner\, to anyone who feels called to engage in this type of work. \nWe are all unique beings and we all experience wisdom and guidance in unique ways. Now is the time for us to go inward and find our unique ways of honoring the Earth\, all of her inhabitants\, and the spirits that reside here. \n*This group is offered by donation. The requested donation is $5-15. Offer what you can. (A donation is not necessary to join)*Email me for the entry link neon.gnosis11@gmail.com

SUMMARY:The AHHHH of Trance! Exploring the Healing Nature of Altered States
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to this multimedia online 3 part series where we explore non-medicinal methods (movements\, actions and states of mind) of creating the Ahhhh! of Trance. \nCreating a feeling of trance within the body and mind is a GOOD thing. Altering your brainwaves with the harmonics and rhythms of trance relaxes and heals. A thread that weaves together Animist people is knowing the powers of the “trance state”\, which allow the worlds to open so we can perceive what is beyond our everyday 5 senses. \n3 Sundays-August 30\, Sept 13 and 27 10-11:30am P/MSTThis circle is open to participants of all levels of experience. You are welcome to adjust the methods to suit your body and needs. \nAfter opening the circle\, Quynn will share three different natural and simple trance enhancers- sound harmonics (sounding and toning)\, rhythm (for zoom circles we use recordings of crystal singing bowl\, rattle\, drum\, rhythm music)\, and simple repetitive movements (rocking\, swaying\, shaking…). These ingredients open the pathways to the inner world. Being “altered” in these ways is restorative and cathartic\, especially when we can be in private at home yet be connected with others. Sharing of experiences is optional\, and the circle is closed with a blessing of protection and wellness. \nAll people can adjust and activate their mind an body to feel trance. This practice is a wonderful way to relax and activate a ‘feel good’ feeling\, while parting the veil between the worlds for guidance and messages. \nThe three sessions are offered independently\, so you can participate in one or all. Each session uses the same format\, but is a unique approach to inducing the feeling of AHHH. \nThis circle is offered by requested sliding scale of $5-$20 depending on income. Donation can be made at @earthwebmedia in venmo or earthtribetv@yahoo.com in paypalWeb of Life depends on your donations. Thank you! \nYour host is Quynn\, who loves the trance\, loves the rhythm\, and loves to share the medicine. :)

SUMMARY:The Artist's Way for the New World-An Online Series
DESCRIPTION:The time is now. \nThe world is going to be radically different going forward\, and in this time of upheaval\, we will need people who can think creatively. \nCreative people stepped up during lockdown. Perhaps you’ve seen all the art on social media–classes and performances galore\, people making masks\, making memes\, and 3D-printing ventilator parts. Now’s the time to use our creativity to imagine the new world\, a world of peace\, justice\, accountability. Where we dismantle outdated structures\, and build a new society. To do this\, we need to dismantle the notion that says creativity is only for the talented. \nUnleash your inner artist\, musician\, writer\, crafter\, dancer\, singer….and let your genius nurture and inform the important work you do\, going forward. \n“Practicing an art\, no matter how well or badly\, is a way to make your soul grow.”–Kurt Vonnegut\, Jr. \nJoin me for a 13-week online circle\, using Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way. I’ve been using TAW since 1993 when it appeared on the shelf of my small town bookstore\, and can vouch for its effectiveness. It has gotten me unstuck a number of times over the years. In this online gathering\, will hold a space for play and gentle exploration. Now is a good time to reinvent yourself. \n“The tools of The Artist’s Way\, which have been working for several decades in ‘regular times\,’ are also tools that will work for us in our current\, ‘irregular’ times. The tools are aimed at unlocking creativity. They give us a sense of optimism\, they give us a sense of adventure\, and they help to fight the claustrophobia that many of us may be feeling.”– Julia Cameron\, 04-06-20 \n“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence\, it is self-preservation\, and that is an act of political warfare.” –Audre Lorde \nYour host and guide is Valerie Kravette. a lifelong artist\, SoulCollage(R) facilitator\, Color of Woman(R) Teacher and Intentional Creativity(R) coach\, as well as an animist minister with Tucson’s Web of Life Animist Church. \nThis 13 week series is offered through Zoom by donation.Email Valerie with questions and to register for all or part.

SUMMARY:Restoring your Animist Heart-4 part online series
DESCRIPTION:4 session Healing and Personal Decolonization Series with Quynn Red Mountain (LIVE ONLINE) \nDates: 4 Saturdays- July 25 August 8\, 22 and 29 10am-11:30am P/MST \nMany seek heart and ancestry healing\, so we can fully come home to ourselves in this world. There is much healing to do to fully decolonize our minds and hearts\, and this workshop series is offered to assist in your journey of restoring your Animist (Earth honoring) Self. \nAll ancestors through the generations have experienced trauma\, and then passed it along in actions and attitudes. The more you know about why\, the more you can integrate those lost\, confused\, doubtful\, angry or sad parts so you can be at peace with your Self and be able to show up more fully in the world. What parts of you are ready to “come home” so you can more beautifully move in the direction of your “Soul’s Call”. Which ancestors who are “like you” want to be reclaimed by you? \nThere are two general forms of Soul Loss/Wounds\, experienced by many sensitive people. Multi-Generational Soul Wounds and PTSD from Trauma experienced in one’s life. Both are uniquely damaging to the human essence\, and shamanic tools can assist sensitive people in healing/soothing/tending each individually or mixed with each other. \nTogether\, we contemplate and explore the subjects explored in the workshop in focus. In each live session\, Quynn guides you within yourself to ask questions\, set intentions\, and be curious as you connect with Spiritual Teachers and Guides for answers and help you need NOW. Quynn’s drumbeats will help you part the veil\, where you can see a different perspective\, and ask guidance about your heart\, Self\, your Life\, your Calling\, your Healing\, and your Soul. \nThis 4 session series (every two weeks) highlights important areas related to Restoring your personal Soul and the Animist Soul of your lineage from the confines of patriarchy and monotheistic religion. The 4 live meetings (online) include guidance and ceremony regarding the subject at hand\, as well as rhythmic introspective journeys\, meditations and sharing to connect with one’s Ancestors for direct guidance. \nSession One-Listening to the Spirits of Colonization in my bodySession Two-Forgiving/Balancing/Restoring my Mother and Father LinesSession Three-Reconnecting with the non-human People in my lifeSession Four-Reanimating my Guiding Matrilineal Ancestresses and Goddesses \nEach session is recorded for anyone who must miss one or more of the sessions. \n~Quynn Red Mountain is your Guide~ Quynn was taught by her Spirit Guides how to journey and connect within\, and now helps others connect with their Spirit World in their unique way. \nRequested donation is $10-20 per session. If $10 is too much due to under or unemployment\, offer what you can. You can send digital support to @earthwebmedia in venmo or earthtribetv@yahoo.com in paypal. \nRSVP to see link.

SUMMARY:Altar Meditation for Grief and Beauty-in Zoom and FB Live
DESCRIPTION:Quynn will make an altar for the grief being held. We call on our calming breath and Quynn shares a guided meditation so you can be present with both Grief\, as well as Beauty\, within your body. Your Spirit of Beauty can hold space for you as you sit with Grief. There is no expectation to talk\, emotions are welcome. The circle will close with a blessing for Grief and Beauty. \nGrief* is a crushing\, yet apparently necessary\, part of being Human. During this wave of Corona Virus we feel the waves of grief in our personal lives\, in our families\, communities\, nations and on a planetary level. We feel the losses\, disappointment\, anger and shock. I use the word “crushing” because there is a transformative quality to Grief\, and if we can consciously be guided through it\, however long it takes\, we can find our way to the other side where we are changed forever. \nHosted by Quynn Red Mountain\, Animist Minister\, OOlah (One Who Balances) and Spirit Bridge Healing Practitioner. \nAt the start time the circle is started in zoom\, and then the FB Live will start. After the altar is created\, the short meditation and closing blessing\, the FB live will stop and those in zoom can share if desired. \nWatch live or later at Web of Life Animists page in FB. https://www.facebook.com/web.of.life.animists

DESCRIPTION:4 session Healing and Personal Decolonization Series with Quynn Red Mountain (LIVE ONLINE) \nDates: 4 Saturdays- July 25 August 8 and 22\, September 12 10am-11:30am P/MST \nMany seek heart and ancestry healing\, so we can fully come home to ourselves in this world.

SUMMARY:Dismantling "Colonized Mind"-Animist Learning Circle
DESCRIPTION:This circle takes place from 4:30-5:30pm P/MST (7:30 EST) \nColonized mind includes white\, male and human supremacy. The CM sickness has now been spread across the planet by European settlers\, and these ancestors brought toxic ideas about shame\, self-loathing\, “sin”\,time\, gender\, nature\, sexuality\, “history”\, “race”\, and the list goes on. \nIt is time to find the tendrils of Colonized Mind within our thoughts\, beliefs and actions and then learn what to do to dismantle them. Not doing so continues to inflict systemic and personal harm on our Black\, Indigenous and Brown family members\, as well as all our non-human kin. Colonized mind negatively affects all of us. \nThe structure of this circle is as follows:-Quynn opens the sacred circle with a prayer to the ancestors of the land where we are.The circle at this point will be streamed live to Quynn’s YouTube channel.-The subject of the week will be presented-A reading or recording from a black or indigenous scholar\, poet or artist is shared.-Quynn (or guest) will share a guided meditation or ideas to ponder\, based on the particular area of focus for each meeting. The YouTube live stream will end here.Whoever is in Zoom\, we then:-Discuss or share about our reactions to the content-We Commitment to internal and external anti-racist actions in the world.-The circle is closed by intending protection for those who are in harms way for peaceful protest and black\, indigenous and brown people\, and offering gratitude to all the ancestors who resisted oppressions of colonization. \n“I just watched the video of your circle because I’m subscribed to the YouTube channel. It was fantabulous. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!” \nAll levels of understanding are welcome. The only prerequisite is having an open heart and mind\, and a willingness to CHECK OUR DEFENSIVENESS. \nRSVP to see the link to enter. To join live in zoom\, rsvp to see the zoom link. Join us! PLEASE ARRIVE WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF START TIME. \nDonations are welcome\, and they support We Are Done Dying Campaign from the NAACP. https://www.naacp.org/campaigns/we-are-done-dying/

SUMMARY:Neon Gnosis: Exploring Inner Worlds in the Digital Age-thru Zoom
