SUMMARY:Restoring your Animist Heart-4 part online series
DESCRIPTION:4 session Healing and Personal Decolonization Series with Quynn Red Mountain (LIVE ONLINE) \nDates: 4 Saturdays- July 25 August 8 and 22\, September 12 10am-11:30am P/MST \nMany seek heart and ancestry healing\, so we can fully come home to ourselves in this world. There is much healing to do to fully decolonize our minds and hearts\, and this workshop series is offered to assist in your journey of restoring your Animist (Earth honoring) Self. \nAll ancestors through the generations have experienced trauma\, and then passed it along in actions and attitudes. The more you know about why\, the more you can integrate those lost\, confused\, doubtful\, angry or sad parts so you can be at peace with your Self and be able to show up more fully in the world. What parts of you are ready to “come home” so you can more beautifully move in the direction of your “Soul’s Call”. Which ancestors who are “like you” want to be reclaimed by you? \nThere are two general forms of Soul Loss/Wounds\, experienced by many sensitive people. Multi-Generational Soul Wounds and PTSD from Trauma experienced in one’s life. Both are uniquely damaging to the human essence\, and shamanic tools can assist sensitive people in healing/soothing/tending each individually or mixed with each other. \nTogether\, we contemplate and explore the subjects explored in the workshop in focus. In each live session\, Quynn guides you within yourself to ask questions\, set intentions\, and be curious as you connect with Spiritual Teachers and Guides for answers and help you need NOW. Quynn’s drumbeats will help you part the veil\, where you can see a different perspective\, and ask guidance about your heart\, Self\, your Life\, your Calling\, your Healing\, and your Soul. \nThis 4 session series (every two weeks) highlights important areas related to Restoring your personal Soul and the Animist Soul of your lineage from the confines of patriarchy and monotheistic religion. The 4 live meetings (online) include guidance and ceremony regarding the subject at hand\, as well as rhythmic introspective journeys\, meditations and sharing to connect with one’s Ancestors for direct guidance. \nSession One-Listening to the Spirits of Colonization in my bodySession Two-Forgiving/Balancing/Restoring my Mother and Father LinesSession Three-Reconnecting with the non-human People in my lifeSession Four-Reanimating my Guiding Matrilineal Ancestresses and Goddesses \nEach session is recorded for anyone who must miss one or more of the sessions. \n~Quynn Red Mountain is your Guide~ Quynn was taught by her Spirit Guides how to journey and connect within\, and now helps others connect with their Spirit World in their unique way. \nRequested donation is $10-20 per session. If $10 is too much due to under or unemployment\, offer what you can. You can send digital support to @earthwebmedia in venmo or earthtribetv@yahoo.com in paypal. \nRSVP to see link.

SUMMARY:The Artist's Way for the New World-An Online Series
DESCRIPTION:The time is now. \nThe world is going to be radically different going forward\, and in this time of upheaval\, we will need people who can think creatively. \nCreative people stepped up during lockdown. Perhaps you’ve seen all the art on social media–classes and performances galore\, people making masks\, making memes\, and 3D-printing ventilator parts. Now’s the time to use our creativity to imagine the new world\, a world of peace\, justice\, accountability. Where we dismantle outdated structures\, and build a new society. To do this\, we need to dismantle the notion that says creativity is only for the talented. \nUnleash your inner artist\, musician\, writer\, crafter\, dancer\, singer….and let your genius nurture and inform the important work you do\, going forward. \n“Practicing an art\, no matter how well or badly\, is a way to make your soul grow.”–Kurt Vonnegut\, Jr. \nJoin me for a 13-week online circle\, using Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way. I’ve been using TAW since 1993 when it appeared on the shelf of my small town bookstore\, and can vouch for its effectiveness. It has gotten me unstuck a number of times over the years. In this online gathering\, will hold a space for play and gentle exploration. Now is a good time to reinvent yourself. \n“The tools of The Artist’s Way\, which have been working for several decades in ‘regular times\,’ are also tools that will work for us in our current\, ‘irregular’ times. The tools are aimed at unlocking creativity. They give us a sense of optimism\, they give us a sense of adventure\, and they help to fight the claustrophobia that many of us may be feeling.”– Julia Cameron\, 04-06-20 \n“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence\, it is self-preservation\, and that is an act of political warfare.” –Audre Lorde \nYour host and guide is Valerie Kravette. a lifelong artist\, SoulCollage(R) facilitator\, Color of Woman(R) Teacher and Intentional Creativity(R) coach\, as well as an animist minister with Tucson’s Web of Life Animist Church. \nThis 13 week series is offered through Zoom by donation.Email Valerie with questions and to register for all or part.

SUMMARY:Online Sacred Storyhealing Circle for Womxn of Color w/ Gisela and Desiree
DESCRIPTION:As womxn of color\, we navigate a complex landscape of privilege\, power\, and oppression — sometimes even within ourselves. In this circle\, we seek to co-create a safe space for everyone’s story as a non-white womxn — to explore the complexities of that experience together and to hold each other in compassion as we do so. We will lovingly delve into the legacy of colonialism in our lives\, the path back to our intuition and our ancestors\, and the ways in which we can embody and embrace our own indigenous resilience. If you’re seeking a non-white space in which to craft new\, more empowering narratives\, please join your hosts Gisela and Desiree for this sacred storytelling circle. \nGisela is a queer Latina/Middle Eastern writer and storyteller. Desiree is an Afro-Latina yoga instructor\, intuitive healer and changemaker. Together they seek to hold space for BIWOC (Black\, Indigenous\, and Womxn of Color) to access their own innate power and resilience. All self-identifying BIWOC (including mixed and biracial womxn*) are welcome to this online gathering. \n*Womxn: A definition of women that explicitly includes not only cis-gendered women\, but also trans women\, femme/feminine-identifying genderqueer and non-binary people. \nRequested sliding scale donation of $0 to $20. If you are working or have income\, thank you for your donation. \nEmail gatelis@gmail.com to RSVP and ask for a zoom link to enter. \nTo join the Zoom meeting:1.
SUMMARY:Restoring and Healing your Animist Ancestry-4 part online series
DESCRIPTION:4 session Ancestral Healing and Personal Decolonization Series with Quynn Red Mountain (LIVE ONLINE) \nDates: 4 Saturdays- July 11 and 25 August 8 and 22 10am-11:30am P/MST \nAll ancestors through the generations have experienced trauma\, and then passed it along in actions and attitudes. \nMulti-Generational Soul Wounds– For those who are sensitive to emotion/spirit/nature have had many generations of ancestors who hid their true self to avoid oppression (if they were able to avoid or hide from it)\, “passed” to survive\, or had to fight/flight/freeze to get along. These behaviors are passed down through the generations\, creating feelings of separation\, anger and depression in people today. \nAlso\, growing up in this culture causes many people with Animist hearts to doubt their natural connection to the world around them. This ancestral separation creates soul loss and cultural amnesia. In order for a seeker to experience emotional freedom and reconnect with their inner worlds and the world around her/him\, each person must heal their ancestral soul wounds\, and from the various forms of past trauma that so many have experienced. \nPTSD (Post and Pre Traumatic Soul Distress) can be caused by many experiences\, and all can significantly damage the soul of a sensitive person for the rest of their life if not tended/soothed/healed. Shamanic practice \, using the conscious activation of our dreaming mind\, and accessing our natural Inner teachers and Healers\, can significantly disinfect festering soul wounds caused by sexual trauma\, disaster\, and war-related emotional wounds. \nTogether\, we contemplate and explore the subjects explored in the workshop in focus. In each live session\, Quynn guides you within yourself to ask questions\, set intentions\, and be curious as you connect with Spiritual Teachers and Guides for answers and help you need NOW. Quynn’s rattle and drumbeats will part the veil\, where you can see a different perspective\, and ask guidance about your Self\, your Life\, your Calling\, your Healing\, and your Soul. \nThis 4 session series (every two weeks) highlights important areas related to Restoring your personal Soul and the Animist Soul of your lineage from the confines of patriarchy and monotheistic religion. The 4 live meetings (online) include guidance and ceremony regarding the subject at hand\, as well as introspective journeys\, meditations and sharing to connect with one’s Ancestors for direct guidance. \n~Quynn as your Guide~ Quynn was taught by her Spirit Guides how to journey and connect within\, and now she helps others connect with their Spirit World in their unique way. \nRequested donation is $10-20 per session. If $10 is too much due to under or unemployment\, offer what you can. You can send digital support to @earthwebmedia in venmo or earthtribetv@yahoo.com in paypal. \nEnter the room at start time https://zoom.us/j/597467834 \nTo join the Zoom meeting:1. SUMMARY:Decolonization Thursdays-Animism\, Anti-Racism\, Soul Healing Circle
DESCRIPTION:Each Thursday we hold space for the release and healing of the colonization of our Minds and Spirits. “Colonized Mind” describes the ways in which we have internalized biases\, racism wielded and experienced\, and for those who are considered “white”\, White Privilege. As colonization spread across the planet\, it brought many wounds\, falsehoods\, and lies to our ancestors. Over the generations\, our DNA\, Minds\, and Souls have absorbed colonized ideas about every aspect of life\, including what is real and not\, valued or not. Also included is shame\, self-loathing\, “sin”\, time\, gender\, nature\, sexuality\, “history”\, “race”\, and the list goes on. \nWe cannot create an Earth honoring and just culture for ALL Peoples until we specifically and consciously address the ways in which we have been colonized in our minds\, hearts and souls. As Animists and Earth honoring People\, we sense how everyone is connected\, and the connection extends beyond Humanity. WE are the Earth and the Earth is US. \nLearning to see the tendrils of Colonized Mind (which includes white\, male and human supremacy) within our thoughts\, beliefs and actions\, helps us remember our place in the circle of sacred humanity. Not doing so continues to inflict systemic and personal harm on our Black\, Indigenous and Brown family members\, as well as all our non-human kin. \n“We do not have to be free of racism to be an Anti-Racist. Being an Anti-Racist means that we address racist ideas wherever we find them\, starting within ourselves.” (Angela Davis and Ibram X Kendi) \nThe structure of this circle is as follows:-Quynn opens the sacred circle with a prayer to the ancestors of the land where we are\, and a prayer of protection\, specifically for all black and brown people.-A reading of wisdom from a black or indigenous scholar\, poet or artist to offer a focus for our inquiry and meditation for healing and justice. There may be a guest for a conversation about the process of decolonization.-Quynn (or guest) will share a guided meditation based on the particular area of focus for each meeting.-Commitment to a personal action in the world.-Closing the circle with a prayer for protection for those who are in harms way for peaceful protest\, and gratitude for the ancestors who fought\, and still fight\, for justice. \nAll levels of understanding are welcome. The only prerequisite is having an open heart and mind\, and a willingness to CHECK OUR DEFENSIVENESS. \nRSVP to see the link to enter. This circle is streamed to FB Live at the Web of Life Animists page. Click “going” to receive a notice when this circle begins. \nDonations support We Are Done Dying Campaign from the NAACP. https://www.naacp.org/campaigns/we-are-done-dying/
