Therefore from Sunday\, March 10th to Sunday\, November 3rd\, 2024\, AZ Time = Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)** \n**PLEASE NOTE: In order to maintain safety and security for all those attending\, the Zoom address and Password will be sent through Meetup Messages to those who RSVP either by the prior day or the morning of the event.** \n**The room will be closed 5 minutes after the hour. You are encouraged to come 5 minutes early for entrance.** \n**This group is for Women.** We meet biweekly for one hour on Zoom as a group to support and sustain each other. \nDonations can be made through Venmo: @Dorothea-Nobile or Zelle: dfn1@icloud.com. \nDorothea (she/her) has a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work and is a Metaphysical Pastor\, Animist Minister and Pastoral Counselor. She has extensive experience in dealing with trauma\, grief and loss\, hospice/end of life\, cognitive decline/dementia and issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity. She has been a member of the LGBTQ+ community for 50 years. \nToday there are so many challenging situations that are occurring with unsettling frequency. Correspondingly\, there is a surge in the numbers of those who are grieving. This is occasioned by many different losses\, each equally significant. Foremost\, of course\, is the avalanche of those who have passed for whatever reason. There are also scores of women who are mourning the loss of relationships\, jobs\, health\, sense of self\, or animal companions. \nWhatever your reasons\, we acknowledge the presence and appropriateness of your grief. We come together to release some of the pain and to redirect our attention to rebuilding and expanding as we continue on\, each at her own pace.

Let’s gather and move it through our bodies\, and the collective\, together! \nDuring this time of this New Moon\, let’s set some intentions with moving our bodies and our psyches thru dance/shaking/rocking/swaying\, invoking the death of Patriarchy and birthing what is coming forth. \nPatriarchy derives from a Greek word meaning\, “Rule of the Father”. The rule of the patriarchy refers to a social system where men disproportionately control social\, economic\, political\, religious and legal power. Power and property are typically exchanged through inheritance from male offspring. While characteristics of patriarchy differ geographically and culturally\, patriarchy is the primary governing rule\, planetary wide … and it has been the governing rule for\nthousands of years. \nDon’t you think it’s time for a change? We will open the online circle with intention within community\, then we will play a 30 minute evocative soundscape created by Quynn specifically for this event. The sounds of drum\, rattle\, nature sounds and rhythmic beats guide us through holding space for us to feel the gentle death of patriarchy\, and then holding space for us to imagine what we are birthing. \nEach person moves their body how it wants to move and we can have our cameras on or off. She has been a member of the LGBTQ+ community for 50 years. \nToday there are so many challenging situations that are occurring with unsettling frequency. Correspondingly\, there is a surge in the numbers of those who are grieving. This is occasioned by many different losses\, each equally significant. Foremost\, of course\, is the avalanche of those who have passed for whatever reason. There are also scores of women who are mourning the loss of relationships\, jobs\, health\, sense of self\, or animal companions. \nWhatever your reasons\, we acknowledge the presence and appropriateness of your grief. We come together to release some of the pain and to redirect our attention to rebuilding and expanding as we continue on\, each at her own pace.

DESCRIPTION:Change is inevitable and necessary in life. Gracefully moving and shapeshifting with Change can be a challenge\, and an initiation. If you are in the middle of Change\, or feel a Change is necessary\, allow the time in this circle to contemplate the nature of your needed changes while asking for assistance from allies and helpful ancestors. \nThe I Ching (roughly translated to “The Book of Changes”) has guided Quynn since they were in their early 20s\, and yet is not even close to being an “expert” in working with this oracle. It is a wise guide they consult. \nFor this circle\, Quynn will share I Ching hexagram divination with each individual within the group\, regarding the object of their inquiry. Once the messages have come forth\, we will collectively listen to a 15 minutes soundscape of rhythmic and nature sounds to inspire insight and contemplation about our question or issue. After the contemplative sound journey\, there is an opportunity for optional sharing within the group. DESCRIPTION:**We meet online at 12 pm PDT/AZ/1 pm MDT/2 pm CDT/3 pm EDT**\n**NOTE: AZ WILL NOW MEET 12 PM. Arizona does NOT observe Daylight Saving Time. Therefore from Sunday\, March 10th to Sunday\, November 3rd\, 2024\, AZ Time = Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)** \n**PLEASE NOTE: In order to maintain safety and security for all those attending\, the Zoom address and Password will be sent through Meetup Messages to those who RSVP either by the prior day or the morning of the event.** \n**The room will be closed 5 minutes after the hour. You are encouraged to come 5 minutes early for entrance.** \n**This group is for Women.** We meet biweekly for one hour on Zoom as a group to support and sustain each other. \nDonations can be made through Venmo: @Dorothea-Nobile or Zelle: dfn1@icloud.com. \nDorothea (she/her) has a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work and is a Metaphysical Pastor\, Animist Minister and Pastoral Counselor. She has extensive experience in dealing with trauma\, grief and loss\, hospice/end of life\, cognitive decline/dementia and issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity. She has been a member of the LGBTQ+ community for 50 years. \nToday there are so many challenging situations that are occurring with unsettling frequency. Correspondingly\, there is a surge in the numbers of those who are grieving. This is occasioned by many different losses\, each equally significant. Foremost\, of course\, is the avalanche of those who have passed for whatever reason. There are also scores of women who are mourning the loss of relationships\, jobs\, health\, sense of self\, or animal companions. \nWhatever your reasons\, we acknowledge the presence and appropriateness of your grief. We come together to release some of the pain and to redirect our attention to rebuilding and expanding as we continue on\, each at her own pace.
