However\, if you cannot receive messages through Meetup you will not be able to receive the Zoom information unless you email me.** \n**The room will be closed 5 minutes after the hour. You are encouraged to come 5 minutes early for entrance.** \n**This group is for Women.** We meet biweekly for one hour on Zoom as a group to support and sustain each other. \n**Donations can be made through Venmo: @Dorothea-Nobile or Zelle: dfn1@icloud.com.** \nDorothea (she/her) has a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work and is a Metaphysical Pastor\, Animist Minister and Pastoral Counselor. She has extensive experience in dealing with trauma\, grief and loss\, hospice/end of life\, cognitive decline/dementia and issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity. She has been a member of the LGBTQ+ community for 50 years. \nToday there are so many challenging situations that are occurring with unsettling frequency. Correspondingly\, there is a surge in the numbers of those who are grieving. This is occasioned by many different losses\, each equally significant. Foremost\, of course\, is the avalanche of those who have passed for whatever reason. There are also scores of women who are mourning the loss of relationships\, jobs\, health\, sense of self\, or animal companions. \nWhatever your reasons\, we acknowledge the presence and appropriateness of your grief. We come together to release some of the pain and to redirect our attention to rebuilding and expanding as we continue on\, each at her own pace.

DESCRIPTION:This monthly circle is a non-dogmatic skill building opportunity to explore how we navigate through our lives\, our dreams\, our inner worlds\, and the world/culture around us. These deep practices are the subject of this monthly circle. Through intention\, divination\, and personal contemplation with a 10-15 minute rhythmic soundscape chosen and created by Quynn\, each participant can focus on where they are\, and ask for insight regarding their spiritual navigation skills\, allies and needs in the moment of the circle. Optional sharing after the soundscape can bring additional insight for those in the live room. \nThis circle is open to people with all levels of meditation and journeying experience\, if you are a beginner\, light instruction will be offered\, and then you can dive in and learn while doing. The circle opens with Quynn’s introduction to the subject\, light divination and a 10-15 minute rhythmic and nature soundscape for personal contemplation about the subject. \nAfter the private opening of the circle\, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded).
