During this online circle, let’s listen to our bodies during Quarantine. We will open the circle and then a couple cards of Divination will be selected for our potential focus. Then Quynn will play (through screen share) a 1 hour playlist created for an in person dance circle that gathered in 2013. She selected and arranged the playlist, and they are wanting to be heard again now! The music is focused on beats/rhythms, not words, and the intention of the music is to guide each mover into their inner worlds. This is a time to turn our attention inwards, and listen to our bodies. You move how you want.

The trance of the wave of music segments from heartbeat/drumming, to stronger dance music, quieting down to drumming with ocean sound is a journey unto itself, just for you, in the virtual presence of others. No experience is necessary, and your video does not have to be on. There will be group connection at the beginning with greetings and divination, and at the end if anyone has anything to share…the dance/movement/trance is our own.

We will close our circle with a blessing for our safety and wellness.
