This online circle is for those who are in a relationship with one or more spirits of addiction. The focus of this circle is to learn more about the Spirit(s) that feed one’s addiction through the imaginative practice Web of Life calls Journeying. By asking for help from an inner ally, you can experience insights regarding creative and helpful ways to interact with any unhelpful energy that feels connected to your relationship with Addiction. Maybe Bear is your Ally. Maybe Bear is a Spirit of your Addiction. Maybe Bear plays another role. Journey to find out.

A clearing and blessing will begin our circle. Quynn will then share a guided meditation for you to relax and listen within, and offer a drum journey for you, to safely access your inner wisdom. The journeying process helps you be open to guidance and helpful messages regarding the challenges in your body, mind and spirit. Sharing of journey experience can be helpful, but is not necessary. Beginning meditators and journeyers welcome.

We approach this subject from an Animist perspective. All is connected and we are a sacred thread in the Web of Life. In this viewpoint, “addiction” can only grow in “separation”, and might be an energy inhabited or animated by of pain, sadness, separation, shame, regret etc, that we might call a “spirit”. No one tells you your Truth in this circle. This circle is offered as a way for you to seek your own Truth in this moment. For everyone’s safety, no one allowed in circle who is actively using. Thank you.
