A Spell= A spell is a set of words spoken or written, considered by its user to invoke some magical effect. What can you understand more about any spells (‘good’ and ‘bad’) you cast in your life, spells that have been thrust upon you, as well as the spells that you have come to believe. We will also practice casting spells for your highest good.

Curse… To pray against, to wish misfortune against a person, place or thing. Curses form a lasting attachment to a specific person, family, object, or location, and alter its reality or internal or external perception in some way. Learn to see any curses that were cast by/cast upon your ancestors (sometimes called “generational curses” ) and do what can be done to unravel, break or dissolve it.

During this 1 hour circle, expand your abilities to explore your Inner Realms for assistance about the spells and curses that may be affecting you now. Maybe from your own life in your past, or a past life, or your ancestries. Maybe from within your own mind. This is a time to gently and fiercely looking within in a supportive circle.

A 15-20 minute soundscape of drum, heartbeat and nature sounds for your introspection. After the sound, sharing is optional, if desired, Quynn is available for ideas and suggestions regarding interpretation and navigation in journeys. There is always wisdom in the group and all are welcome.

After the private opening of the circle, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded).
