Dog Blessing Ceremony for the Year of the Dog
It is the Year of the Dog!!! Join in this sacred time to honor Dogs of our hearts. Our friends, protectors and teachers.
Dogs have been with Humans for thousands of years (they are the oldest domesticated animal (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_domesticated_animals)) and for those of us who love, or have loved, a dog, they touch our lives in many ways.
Bring your leashed and vaccinated dog (if they can be friendly around other dogs), bring a memory, story or momento of a dog friend, and your open heart. If you have ever loved a dog, please join us for a dog-friendly blessing. This is an opportunity to honor new dogs in our lives, faithful friends of years, and ones who have passed.
