With the guidance and support of our ancestors who have transcended this realm and our animal, plant and other helping spirits of nature, we will embark on journeys through the enchanted world of spirit with prayer, drumming, and active imagination. Once there, we will contend with the archetypal forces that influence our waking lives and find hope and inspiration to help fulfill our life-purpose. Using my training as an animist minister and in the realm of Jungian psychology, I will equip you for an experience of the collective unconscious, followed by a discussion to help interpret and amplify the communications from non-ordinary reality. When approached with reverence, the great loving intelligence that animates all things leads us to healing, no matter how complex our struggles. Currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Counseling and Ecotherapy, David is a spiritual practitioner and educator specializing in Ecopsychology, Jungian Psychology, and Shamanic Healing. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Prescott College and is an ordained minister through Earth Web Media’s Web of Life Animist Church in Tucson, AZ. He has lectured at high schools, hosts public workshops, and offers individual sessions designed to promote healing through nature and ancient wisdom.
