Honoring the Spirit of Moringa Circle in Tucson

October 13 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The moringa tree is a fast growing plant from Africa. The edible leaves and seeds have been used by people recovering from famine, as their protein profile and vitamin content are extremely helpful.

Here in tucson, these trees freeze back to the ground each year. Slowly, they come back to life and then race to reach 15-20 feet before succumbing to cold. The flowers are attractive to bees. All parts of the plant may be used for food and medicine.

This tree is a symbol for considered action. Knowing its requirements, it is patient until the best conditions become apparent. When this occurs, without hesitation and with full devotion an empowering exuberance manifests. Join us as we hold our moringa leaflets and journey with the spirit of this plant.

Offered by donation.

Jacob is a Moringa whisperer and helps them grow in Tucson.
