1) Scroll to the bottom of the event you want to attend, and purchase a ticket. The link is in the confirmation email.

**What to Expect:**
1. **Preparation (10 Minutes):**
* Each participant should find a quiet, comfortable space where they won’t be disturbed.
* Set up your devices for a group video call, ensuring good internet connectivity.
* Have blankets, pillows, and any favorite crystals or aromatherapy items nearby.
2. **Group Introduction and Intention Setting (15 Minutes):**
* We’ll start with a group video call to introduce everyone and discuss any current concerns.
* Each participant will set a clear intention for the Reiki session, focusing on their specific needs.
3. **Reiki Session (30 Minutes):**
* Each person should lie down or sit comfortably, close their eyes, and relax.
* I will perform the Reiki session remotely, sending healing energy to each participant.
* You might feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of calm and relaxation as the energy flows.
4. **Group Grounding and Reflection (15 Minutes):**
* After the session, we’ll reconnect via video call.
* Each participant can share their experiences, sensations, or insights from the session.
* I’ll provide guidance on grounding techniques and self-care tips to integrate the healing energy.

* Ensure you have a stable internet connection for the video calls.
* Hydrate well before and after the session to facilitate the flow of energy.
* Feel free to share any thoughts or questions you have during the reflection time.
