Lately our external world seems to be increasingly chaotic and unsettling. Often this is reflected in our own inner worlds. Especially during this pandemic, we can experience a sense of isolation that obscures for us the reality that we are all connected. Feelings of fear, sadness, grief, confusion, shame, anxiety, depression, anger, even rage can sometimes overwhelm us.
It’s important to express and release these emotions in healthy ways that promote growth and allow for expansion. Together we can explore these feelings and find constructive pathways to forgiving yourself and opening your heart and mind to new possibilities and opportunities.
