It is time to surround yourself in the healing energy of Reiki. This type of healing was founded by Dr. Mikao Usui and it works with the body’s energy system to restore balance. In the Animist approach, helpful teachers, guardians, ancestors, and messages are called forth. Your physical, emotional, and spiritual body reaches the state it needs to so that you will be able to receive nourishment.

**These 45 minute sessions are fully clothed. Please wear stretchy and comfy clothing as you will be on the massage table.**

There is a small shop in the treatment room, so you are welcome to look around after your session.
