This June, Intuitive Shamanic Animists hosts a Summer Solstice camping event in the White Mountains of AZ to honor WOLF. This area is a Mexican Grey Wolf Reintroduction Area (https://www.fws.gov/southwest/es/mexicanwolf/) and approximately 113 wolves live here (at last count), with the protection of Arizona Game and Fish Department and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. There is much hatred against our Wolf kin. These Wolves need spiritual support from humans. We are those humans.

As Animists and Earth Lovers we know that Wolves are an important part of the sacred Web of Life. Our time in this sacred land is to replenish ourselves, get to know the animals and plants of this place, and to be prayerfully present in this sanctuary (one of a few in the country) of the Power of WOLF.

This experience is dispersed camping. No campground. Digging a hole for toilet. Haul your own water. Rugged stuff. :) This location is approximately 5 hours from Tucson. Also, considering Fire season restrictions, we will not have any fire.

Wednesday evening: Sacred Arrival Circle- Offerings and Gratitude to Land and Ancestors

Thursday Morning-Honoring the Spring Water Adventure, Afternoon-Wilds Crafting, Evening circle to honor Antelope, Elk, Deer, Raven, Vulture and Wolf

Friday-(Summer Solstice)- Morning-Making Flower Essence, Afternoon- Labyrinth creation, Evening-Labyrinth ceremony

Saturday- Morning Circle to honor the Elements for a gentle fire season and a helpful monsoon, Afternoon Circle to honor and connect with Plants of the area, evening circle- Star People Congress

Sunday- Closing Circle- Reflections and Offerings

Throughout your stay you can create time for:

-Reflection, interacting with this beautiful land

-Resting, Hiking, Arting, Sleeping…

-Possible (no guarantees) opportunities to see and hear Wolves

Friends of Web of Life are welcome to attend for any part of this time. This is a DIY (Do It Yourself) event, meaning that every person who joins us at any point during the week needs to take care of their own camping, water and food needs. We will have a big cook stove and will collaborate about dinner each night. WEDNESDAY NIGHT WE WILL CREATE SOUP TOGETHER FOR AN EASY DINNER. This is a ceremonial event. Whatever you do during this time, please be respectful of others and the land. Proper Leave No Trace methods are expected.

We ask for a love offering of $40-$80 per night of your stay for our space holding and circle leading efforts. All donations will support Earth Web Media, with a portion being offered to a local Wolf Sanctuary (TBA). Donation is due prior to arrival and confirms participation.

We will be based in the Sitgreaves National Forest, off of Highway 260, west of Springerville and east of the Fort Apache Nation. Specific directions will be given to confirmed participants. We will be in a dispersed camping spot. No bathrooms or water.
