When we ask and listen our spirit ally team, we might receive the insightful idea to begin. Whether “made from scratch” or repurposed from a thrifted or nature piece, our practice is enhanced by our tools and regalia.

Through listening to a pre-recorded 20 minute soundscape of rhythms, you have the opportunity to listen and sense the inspiration to create something special for your personal life practice. Optional sharing is available after the sounds, and we close with a blessing of protection. No meditation experience required.

After the private opening of the circle, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded).
