Your inner worlds are infinite and your genetic memory is long. Within your DNA, bones and blood, your parent’s, grandparent’s and ancestral experiences are present in one way or another. Some of what is inherited is beautiful, and some is very challenging. The good news is that these experiences, beliefs and troubles “stuck” in your body/mind/spirit can be accessed and transformed in meaningful and healing ways.

Many people feel that past life experiences influence this current life, in known and unknown ways. Getting to the root of a current issue/block/behavior (as well as your sacred ability/calling) might involve connecting with an experience, or series of experiences, from the time before you were born here. It doesn’t necessarily matter how strongly you believe in “past lives”, because seeking the root story about an issue is always helpful, even if you cannot prove that it is “true”. During the sound you can meditate/journey upon your question/intention, write, sleep or move in ways that feel helpful.
