There are two ways to receive the entry link to join an online circle.
1) Scroll to the bottom of the event you want to attend, and purchase a ticket. The link is in the confirmation email.
1) Scroll down past the description and look for “Details” and then “Website”. Click on the link to our group in meetup.com to rsvp there. Once you rsvp, you will see the entry link.

Expressive Arts Self-Care Circle from the HeArtspace Forest

This circle with Sue Ellen will take place “virtually” in the HeARTspace studio, an off the grid sacred space in a beautiful Forest outside Portland, Oregon.
Sue Ellen will introduce you to her puppet friends Clyde and Cloe, and they will introduce you to the steps for this creative Self-Care journey today. Sue Ellen is an Expressive Arts Therapist, and she has gathered in her cabin, many fun and emotive figurines for you to intuitively choose to begin our circle. There is an opportunity to share why you chose your figurine. Next, Sue Ellen will drum for you, and show you the trees of the forest so you can go within to sense an image, symbol or writing that wants to come to you. (Have with you a plain piece of paper, maybe a few colored pencils or markers.)
To close, you are invited to share your experience, your choice of figurine, or and your image, whatever you are comfortable with sharing.
After the circle you may want to further relate to your image on your own…by writing, or moving, or making sounds. Sometimes after you live with an image it has even more meaning. It’s up to you.

To join the Zoom meeting:
1. Download Zoom Cloud Meeting from Google play on phone, or on computer. Free.
2. At start time Click the link to join the room.
3. Once in the call, click the camera icon to add the video. Click the mic icon to unmute audio.
4. Click “Enable Computer Audio” upon entry.
5. You will be muted upon entering to minimize background noise . Unmute for your sharing. Clicking on the microphone icon will allow you to mute and unmute yourself.
