Where The Light Enters You: A Journey to The Heart
February 13, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
WHERE THE LIGHT ENTERS YOU
A Illuminated Journey to the Territory of the Heart
There is a crack in everything/That’s how the light gets in.–Leonard Cohen
For Self Love Day, February 13th, join me in a journey into the depths of the Heart.
Using Intentional Creativity, a mixture of art, shamanic journeying, vision, quantum physics and a lot of glitter and chocolate, bring light to the broken places. We will make a simple, loving painting and learn to access the heart space.
The wound is where the light enters you.–Rumi
This workshop is for:
the broken-hearted
the lonely
those in need of self-love
those ready to change their relationship to their heart
We will explore the shamanic Four-Chambered Heart through journeying and meditation. We will talk about the energetic field of the heart and ways to create a self loving relationship with ourselves…and make it so by painting it into being.
No artistic experience necessary.
Suggested materials: anything you have! Your art journal, smash book, a ginormous piece of paper and markers. I will be working on a canvas with acrylics, but the art materials are up to you. Pick something colorful, to feed your heart. And something shiny (glitter, metallic paint or markers) to activate your intention.
Bring a hot cuppa and some chocolate (you DID get some chocolate for yourself this month, didn’t you?)
DM me for donation information and link. (You are not registered until you contact me directly. Thanks for taking this extra step.)
This workshop is offered on a sliding scale of $30-60 for two plus hours.
