These 45 minute long sessions are IN PERSON in Tucson.

Receive a craniosacral healing session with Elisabeth. This is biodynamic approach is gentle and non-invasive. It works with the rhythms of the body to encourage the body’s own healing process using a gentle touch. It is helpful for sinus issues, menstrual/PMS/menopause, joint pain, hormonal imbalances, irritable bowel/digestive issues, sports related pain, exhaustion, back/neck issues, and jaw issues.

These sessions are fully clothed. Please wear stretchy and comfy clothing as you will be on the massage table (no jeans please). If you aren’t vaccinated, you wear a mask for your session. If you are vaccinated with 14 days past the second shot, or your J&J vaccination, a mask is your choice.

Times available are:
10am- FILLED
11:30am- FILLED

Sliding Scale for these sessions is $20-50. This is to pay for the space rental. Donations can be made in cash (no change), or in paypal to sweetnessofsoul@yahoo.com. There is a small shop in the treatment room, so you are welcome to look around after your session.
