Altering your brainwaves with the harmonics and rhythms opens portals, relaxes and heals. Simple and repetitive movements activate states of consciousness which allow the worlds to open so we can perceive what is beyond our everyday 5 senses.
This circle is open to participants of all levels of experience. You are welcome to adjust the methods to suit your body and needs.

After opening the circle, Quynn will share four ingredients that are natural and simple trance enhancers- sound harmonics (sounding, humming and toning), rhythm (for zoom circles we use recordings of drum, rhythm music), simple repetitive movements (rocking, swaying, shaking…) and intention (such as traveling one’s spirit world, healing or relaxation). Being “altered” in these ways is restorative and cathartic, especially when we can be in private at home yet be connected with others.

There will be two rhythm sessions for you to practice the ingredients for what works well for you. Sharing of experiences is optional, and the circle is closed with a blessing of protection and wellness.
All people can adjust and activate their mind an body to feel trance. This practice is a wonderful way to relax and activate a ‘feel good’ feeling, while parting the veil between the worlds for guidance and messages.
