**Let the rhythms of drum, rattle and singing bowl guide you within. Divination and sound meditation in a supportive group assists your intention for what you need most now. We all need support and community as we live in this world.**

The combination of consistent rhythms, a focused intention and a sense of expectancy has always aided humans in connecting with our inner worlds and the natural world around us. Every human has such abilities, and with encouragement, and a bit of instruction, it is amazing what can come forth from individuals and within a collective!

The flow of this circle consists of opening the circle with a blessing, and a centering divination, then Quynn shares a sound sequence of rattle, singing bowl and drumming assists your inner journey to listen for messages and insights from/with your Allies and Ancestors who want to help you calm, center, and tune in to your inner wisdom. Sharing is optional after the sound. All are welcome, even those with no journeying or meditation experience.

All of us have experience with dreams, altered states and meditation. The drum journey has its unique way of accessing helpful information, so come play in a safe circle, with no dogma, yet many helpful insights come through in a well tended energetic space! LGTBQ+ friends are welcomed.

Chairs, pillows and ground chairs are available. Limited mobility access through the backdoor.
