•ANIMISM is a name for the life force that flows through All That Is and connects all of us in the sacred web of life.
• An ANIMIST is one who learns how to move with this flow and sees self in all other beings (human and beyond).
• ANIMISTS are spirit world travelers, artists, and Earth protectors in an Earth-honoring community.

Each session of this series highlights the following subjects/chapters (in order) to activate and unearth the authentic Self of each participant. We use the stories/examples in the book, rhythm meditation, inner world consultation, nature awareness, the drum journey, journaling, and sharing as our discovery tools. This series is a foundation series for anyone ready to dive into their own activation/healing or to go further in their intuitive training with Quynn.
