Enjoy the benefits of LED light (red), quartz crystal, selenite and a soundtrack of ocean waves.
LED lights can help increase blood flow and wellbeing, opening the pathways for self-healing and energy restoration. You have the opportunity to use divination to help focus your intention/issue that you want to soothe. Then, relax while bathed in red LED light with Quynn on a sound journey of relaxation, mindfulness and awareness.
LED healing lights (660 nm) are used by NASA for plant growth and wound healing.
The technology can be helpful in soothing soul wounds or emotional spikes, and increasing relaxation , thereby allowing needed energy to work in your favor.
