The flow consists of opening the circle with Quynn and an introduction and answering any questions, then a clearing with a recorded soundscape with a soothing soundscape, and a few minutes of drumming that can help you calm, center, and tune in to your inner wisdom. Sharing is optional at the end. This is a perfect circle for those new to animism, journeying, and those who are new to Web of Life and Quynn’s circles/trainings. All are welcome.

After the private opening of the circle, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded). This circle is included in the Wisdom Within monthly pass (live and recording).
