Preparedness Power – Building your Evac(uation) Pack

In the difficult desert season of summer, it is important to think ahead and be as prepared as possible for a variety of potentials. In this community care circle, Quynn and Jacob will share info about different types of timeframes (15 minutes, 1 hour, being ready for coming days), scenarios (leaving for a few days, pets, health etc) and how needs might vary, depending on your unique situation.

This is not a doom scrolling “prepper” workshop. After conversation about the process of thinking about needs, Quynn and Jacob will share their evacuation packs, (a work in progress) for short/longer term situations, to offer ideas and learn about a variety of helpful items.

This circle is helpful for older people, folks with specific needs, and anyone who is unclear about what is most important for them in a panic filled moment of need.

– Knowing your Vulnerabilities
– Putting together a First Aid Kit and “Go Bag”
– Communication plans
– Ready, Set, Go plans
– Special Needs and Considerations
