A Cosmic Smash Book is more than an art journal. It’s a sacred container—a multi-sensory portal—for your dreams, emotions, and visions. Infused with intention and expressive play, it becomes a living artifact of your transformation.

In this series, you’ll begin a powerful dialogue with your **Future Self**—the wise, radiant version of you who already knows the way. Through intuitive mark-making, collage, and ritual, you’ll build a bridge between now and next, inviting clarity, courage, and creative momentum.

**In this three-part workshop, you will:**

* Craft your own magical-silver-DeLorean-of-a-book to time travel into your most empowered future
* Meet and collaborate with your Future Self through visual storytelling and intuitive prompts
* Use simple materials (paint, collage, ribbon, essential oils) to awaken your senses and inner guidance
* Learn how to create grounding, resting, and visioning pages that support your unfolding journey
* Receive gentle guidance from Valerie Kravette, a Web of Life minister, Intentional Creativity™ teacher, SoulCollage® facilitator, and Cosmic Smash Book™ guide

No artistic experience required—just a willingness to show up and explore.

***Workshop Schedule***
**Session 1: Saturday, Sept 21** (2 hrs)
Create your book with a powerful intention and open the portal to possibility.
**Session 2: Saturday, Sept 28** (2 hrs)
Craft a grounding page and initiate your visioning practice with your Future Self.
**Session 3: Saturday, Oct 5** (2 hrs)
Design a resting page and explore future-forward smashing techniques to deepen the connection.

***What You’ll Need:***
Bring your basic art supplies—especially those you’ve been saving for “someday.”

* A composition book (new, used, or even a repurposed hardcover)
* Acrylic paints, collage images, ephemera, ribbon, glue stick, and any sacred objects that call to you

*A few starter kits are available for local pickup in Tucson ($25), lovingly curated with peculiar and serendipitous goodies from Valerie’s stash.*
