Breathwork with Intention: Monthly Circle

Breathwork is an essential practice of self-care and can be incredibly restorative and energizing. Breathwork (pranayama) is a form of active meditation using a controlled breathing technique that allows you to access altered states of consciousness and release stuck energy in the body.
Whether you are seeking to resolve emotions such as anger or grief, desire more clarity or inner-peace in your life, or just need an energetic reboot, breathwork will give you exactly what you need in that moment.
Breathwork is safe for everyone, however if you are in your first trimester of your first pregnancy or have had a traumatic brain injury with accompanying seizures, please consult with your doctor first.
Dress comfortably for sitting and lying down. Bring a bottle of water and an open mind!
