In this 1 hour circle, Quynn leads a short guided meditation and a 10-15 minute rhythm soundscape (drum/rattle, singing bowl and/or nature sounds) with prompts for inner clearing and protection in one’s life.

This is a time to look within for the assistance of inner allies, ancestors or helpful energies in feeling cleared and Protected while being centered in the world. Your inner Protector is a powerful helper, and can help you reclaim and strengthen your personal power.

Optional sharing is available after the sound. Those with all levels of drum journeying and meditative experience are welcome. All genders welcomed.
