Clearing and Protection Online Meditation

Sensitive People often and regularly pick up and perceive energies that are not helpful. Clear away what is not yours and more strongly protect what and who is important.
Quynn shares a guided meditation and creates an altar to clear what can be cleared from your mind, heart and life. Call upon and share needed protection for ourselves and others in our sacred community.
The meditation will invite you to look to your Spirit Guides, Ancestors and Inner Wisdom for assistance in feeling cleared and Protected while being centered as possible in this shifting and changing world. Your Ancestral Protector is a powerful helper, and can help you reclaim and strengthen your personal protection so you can share the energy of protection with those who need it more than you do .
Quynn offers a clearing prayer, a guided meditation and then a drum clearing for protection in one’s life. She will show her altar and you will hear her guide you within yourself.
Those with all levels of journeying and meditative experience are welcome.
