Communing with the Void-Meditation Discussion Circle

By now everybody has heard how beneficial meditation is for one’s Mind, Body and Spirit, however many people don’t know how to do it or how to start.
It can seem daunting to begin, especially without any guidance or feedback for improvement. It wasn’t until I realized how simple it really is to do that I finally got the hang of doing it. I feel so much better now!
Meditation in its so many forms helps each of us to live in the moment and be mindful.
The benefits are less stress, anxiety, worry and a lot more freedom and happiness.
You don’t need a textbook or an app or a guide. You just have to find what works for you. Let’s discuss all the different forms Meditation can take!
I look forward to hearing your experiences and if you’re new to this and looking to add meditation to your “to do list” – come and learn! You’ll be glad you did. No experience needed, beginners and those curious are welcome! If you have practiced meditation, this circle might turn you on to a new approach.
