To offer a supportive place for those who care for others, Quynn shares a guided meditation that encourages imaginative yet simple Earth connecting mindfulness practices. Ask your Allies and Elders such as Water, Air, Mountain, Stone, Fire, and our Animal friends to help, and listen for what you can offer. Also included are prompts to help you recognize what needs tending, soothing, releasing. Caring Animists (Earth honoring) can benefit from non-appropriative, Earth connecting practices to stay grounded and release stress.

The meditations are offered live and unscripted. No 2 are alike. Various Nature imagery and sounds, as well as rhythms are intertwined with Quynn’s words. Quynn humbly shares these simple pan Human offerings and hopes they are helpful.

Everyone is welcome who tends others, works with the public, or is in caring relationship with other Beings. No meditation experience necessary. All bodies and genders are welcome.
