Many of us that are Empaths have been labeled too sensitive.

We often struggle with identifying our own feelings. We also may have difficulty identifying when the emotions that we sense actually belong to someone else, or something else.

Our “helping” nature, or our light, may attract energy vampires or narcissists to us.

We are unique individuals with our own needs.

For this circle, we will identify methods for cultivating healthy relationships for empaths.

You are asked to come prepared to do the activities and then self-reflect, always keeping in mind that we all want what is best for our highest good. It is expected that not all options will fit each individual. That is part of being an Empath. We each have to experiment to find out what tools work for us.
