Exploring Self-Preservation and Self-Compassion Circle with Desiree

In this workshop, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner, Desiree Gonzales will guide you in exploring self-preservation, self-compassion. This workshop will include meditation, gentle movement, journaling and discussion.
This workshop is being offered at a sliding scale of $10-20 (no one will be turned away) Please bring a journal/pen and self-care altar item.
