**This 5 part series focuses on the following subject areas:**

**Session 3 (10/2)- Retrieving Younger Self/Inner Child/Past Life/Ancestral Wisdom**

**Session 4 (10/16)- Strengthening your Vulnerabilities**

**Session 5 (10/30)- Untangling Spells and Curses, Enacting Blessing**

The series ends on the day that marks the halfway point between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice, as well as the time of the ancestors.

All people have had experiences that have shut them down in some way, creating a challenging cycle for months, years, or lifetimes as these traumas are passed along through generations unless they are tended.

There are two general forms of Soul Loss/Wounds, experienced by many sensitive people. Multi-Generational Soul Wounds and PTSD from Trauma experienced in one’s life. Both are uniquely harmful to the human essence, and the introspective tools offered in this series can assist sensitive people in healing/soothing/tending these experiences.

Consider this series a place where you are able to engage in sacred time traveling. Through guided imagery and mind altering soundscapes of drumming, singing bowl, and/or nature sounds, Quynn will guide you within so you can address what has happened in your own life and in your ancestral lineage that is still affecting you now. When you are able to help them, you help yourself live more fully as your authentic self. You are also encouraged to ask for help to do all of it!
