Finding Peace-Meditations for Veterans with Drum, Breath & Guided Imagery

Quynn now offers a weekly online session for Guided Meditations, Mindful Drumming, Dream/Vision Tending and Soul Support for Veterans and Service Members who need it.
Each week the meditation will have a unique intention and Quynn will share a guided experience for relaxation, addressing anxiety or other challenging emotions, and letting go of some stress in the moment.
Quynn shares ideas of healing and connection from an Animist perspective, that we are all connected through the web of life, and that trauma and soul injuries can be tended over time.
The room closes 5 minutes after start time. Quynn opens the circle with a blessing of a smoke clearing. After a brief instruction about what to expect, anyone in the room will mute and disable video (if it was enabled) so Quynn’s introduction and meditation (10-15 minutes) will be recorded for anyone who could not attend live. Privacy of those in zoom is secure. After the meditation ends, Quynn will share a blessing and end the recording. To close the circle anyone in the zoom room can ask a question or share something about what occurred for them during the meditation. The circle is closed with a prayer for protection at 3:45.
This free circle is open to veterans, No meditation experience is needed. Wear earbuds/headphones if you have them. You can join with video or audio only. You do not need to speak or share. Attend once, or every week. All are welcome.
