Harmonic Immersion – Gong Meditation
Enter the ethereal realms of harmonic sound as Michelle Angel plays her sacred instruments: Gongs, Crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, Native American Flutes, the Halo Handpan drum, Rav Drum, and Harmonium. Orchestrating these instruments, she sculpts a rich and varied harmonic soundscape to relax you and take you on an inward journey.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye cover- We will gather inside an enclosed outdoor patio, with the sky above!
