The ancient combination of consistent rhythm, a focused intention and a sense of expectancy has always aided humans in connecting with our inner worlds and the natural world around us. Every human has such abilities, and with encouragement, and a bit of instruction, it is amazing what can come forth for the journeyer! Your guides can appear in many forms, and speak to you in many ways.

The flow of this circle consists of opening the circle with protection and blessing, a centering divination, a wind chime clearing, gently guided meditation ( with crystal singing bowl), and a live drum journey to listen to your Inner World Allies and Ancestors who want to help you calm, center, and tune in to your inner wisdom. Sharing is optional at the end. All are welcome, even those with no journeying or meditation experience.

All of us have experience with dreams, altered states and meditation. The drum journey has its unique way of accessing helpful information, so come play in a safe circle, with no dogma, yet many fascinating tales!
