This is a twice a month support zoom circle. 1st and 3rd Fridays 11am MST/ 2pm EST

Our times are fraught with sickness. Covid sickness, plus so many other challenges of mind, body and spirit. This circle is open to those who are experiencing, or who have experienced, Sickness in their life and/or who are ready to listen to their Spirit of Wellness for guidance.

When a person is affected by some form of “sickness”, many emotions emerge. Anger, Denial, Fear and Worry become powerful presences in one’s life. A lack of power often results. When one is called, or caught, (depending on one’s view) by a profound and life affecting energy that we call “dis-ease” (either chronic or acute, physical or emotional), we most likely think of it as an enemy to fight, but it can also be a teacher from whom to learn.

What could be helpful when you listen to what the “Sickness Spirit” wants from you? What does it look like, feel like, sound like in your imaginative dreaming mind? How can you encourage your protective Spirit of Wellness to help you? In the safe space of the circle, and to the rhythmic beats of the drum and rattle, Quynn helps create a safety zone within where you can feel centered to approach the subject of the “Sickness” within. Your Spirit of Wellness is waiting to help.

The rhythm of the drum helps the journeyer blend the waking and dreaming mind, where messages can come in many ways. This circle is about you listening for yourself, no one in the circle offers advice or opinions about your experience. Sharing is optional.

Your host is Quynn Red Mountain. Sicknesses have been guiding forces in Quynn’s life. 5 years ago Quynn was diagnosed with a rare form of “Cancer” and used Animist tools to weave her way through the challenge to yield the most beneficial results. Much help came forth through the methods shared here, as well as guidance about creating this circle for others who are having their own experience with sickness. Now, in the days of Covid, we are all affected by, and ultimately in communication with, the Spirits of Sickness and Wellness.
