Making Friends with Your Chronic Pain – Online for Women
October 9 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
You are warmly invited to join an online circle of women, where we come together virtually to share our journeys with chronic pain and explore the healing power of spiritual connection and friendship.
In this sacred virtual space, we will:
* Open our hearts and spirits to one another, creating a circle of support and understanding across the miles
* Share our personal stories of living with chronic pain, offering and receiving compassionate listening
* Engage in gentle spiritual practices such as meditation, energy healing, and mindful breathing to bring peace and comfort to our bodies, minds, and souls
* Build a sense of sisterhood, supporting each other as we journey together toward healing and wholeness
* Set intentions and offer blessings for collective healing in our group
This online circle is a sanctuary for all women seeking spiritual connection, peace, and deep understanding, despite the physical distance between us. No matter where you are on your path, you are welcome here, and together we will create a powerful space for healing.
Please bring an open heart, and if you feel called, a sacred item (such as a crystal, essential oil, or journal) that holds personal meaning and brings you comfort during our time together.
***Zoom link will be provided the day of the circle***
This circle is led by Canna Yamamoto, CpastC, CMRM, ORDM member of The Web of Life https://weboflifeanimists.com/
