This circle is open to any kind hearted person who needs a reset, replenishment, reconnection with inner guidance.

As the world’s events spin, take some time to focus on your center, nourish what is important to you, and listen within.

A blessing of gratitude will begin the circle, followed by an opportunity to focus on your intention. Quynn will then share a guided meditation for you to relax, and a sound journey (drum, singing bowl, nature sounds) with you, The sound and intention is the container for you to access your inner wisdom for the mind/body/soul tending you need most right now.

The meditation/journeying process helps you be open to guidance and helpful messages regarding the challenges in your body, mind and spirit. Sharing of inner experiences can be helpful, but is not necessary. Beginning meditators and journeyers welcome.
