Mindful Body Awareness with Michele

In this one hour session we focus on self care through posture, breath work, beginners meditation and awareness of our body through basic stretches, and poses that focus on balance and flexibility on a beginners level.
All body types, all ages are welcome. Please let Michele know about any injuries. Chairs are available.
It is beneficial to allow time and space for our mental, spiritual and emotional awareness, as experienced through our sacred vessel, our body.
Michele is Currently Finishing her 200 hr. Yoga certification and
has studied massage therapy and sign language in college. During her career in education assisting she has gained a passion for helping others to become aware of the body, mind and spirit connection and to master self care.
Join Michele on our enclosed shaded back patio as the sun recedes into the evening. Bring a yoga mat and a notebook.
