We have all experienced troubling, challenging and traumatic times during childhood and all phases of adulthood,. The common belief is that those parts of us are dead and gone into the “past”. This is not the case. Our past selves are alive and speaking to us through our bodies, minds, emotions, and our reactions to current life experience. With rhythm and intention we can go within to find the young ones we need to return to us.

After opening the circle with a blessing of protection, Quynn shares about ways inner child work and the inner journey might be helpful to you today. A soundscape and drum journey follow that can assist you in ways that can be helpful. Optional sharing and closing the circle follows.
